Welcome to this transformative meditation.

I'm Manon and this is brought to you by Pure Conscience.

As you're finding yourself sitting on a cushion or on a chair,

Make sure your back is up straight and if you're sitting on a chair just make sure your feet are flat on the ground.

And let's bring our awareness inward.

Bringing the focus on your breath.

Just relax.

There's no need to change the flow of your breath but just to notice it.

And relax the tension on your shoulders,

On your upper arms.

Relax your elbows,

Your lower arms.

Relax the palms of your hand,

All the way down to fingertips.

So as you breathe from the top of your head,

Relaxing your head,

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

All the way down to your arms and fingertips.

And relax your chest.

Relax your heart.

Tune in and feel your heartbeat.

Relax your lungs.

And relax your abdomen and your internal organs.

Release your back,

The upper back,

The middle back and the lower back.

Relax your hips and feel your sitting bones in contact with the cushion or the chair.

And feel yourself being supported by Mother Earth.

So release any tension and trust into her that she is here to support you.

So feel the support.

And relax your upper legs,

Front and back.

Relax your knees and relax your lower legs.

Release your calf muscles.

Relax your ankles.

Relax your feet.

All the way down to your toes.

So as you breathe from the top of your head,

Relaxing your head,

Your neck,

The core of your body,

Abdomen,

Hips and down your legs,

All the way down to toes.

Releasing and letting go of any tension you might notice.

So just feel your entire body breathing and releasing deeper.

Any tension.

And feel your fingernails and your toenails breathing.

Feel the breath in your extremities.

Feel the pore of your skin breathing.

And feel all the hair of your body breathing.

Feeling the sensation of this flow of the breath and feeling privilege and being able to breathe and to feel it.

The breath is life.

Without the breath,

There is no life.

So now let's bring your attention to your brain and the inside of your head.

And we're just gonna bring the breath,

Relaxing the interior of our head.

Releasing any tension.

Relaxing your cheeks,

Bones,

Your ears and inner ears.

Relax the interior of your mouth,

The back of your throat.

Release your eyes and behind your eyes.

Release your forehead and your eyebrows and the spot between your eyebrows.

Relax the back of your head,

The neck,

Front and back and inside.

Release your thoughts.

And just relax deeper all of your head and relax your mind.

And relax your mind.

So now we're gonna bring our awareness to the center point of our being.

So just take a little moment here to locate where is the center of your being,

Somewhere in the chest area.

And once you find the area,

Just kind of take a couple more steps towards the center and walking deeper into that space,

Closer to the soul.

And just walk a little deeper towards that very center and feel what it feels like to be closer to you,

Feeling you.

And now we're gonna connect with our higher self in the center and just breathe into that space.

It is some type of sacred space and we're just feeling unconditional love and so much compassion.

It is this place of looking at a child that is learning about life.

So even if the child is making some mistakes and things that maybe are not so great,

This unconditional love just embrace and love the child and all in his different aspect.

And so this is a love without any condition.

So feeling this unconditional love all the way in your body,

Into your chest area and into that inner center.

So connecting with this aspect of our self that is more of the source of who we truly are.

So compassion is this place where we understand fully like any suffering or accepting the things as they are and be able to feel with embracing with a condition of love.

So once we feel connected fully with this beautiful loving sacred space,

Let's take a deeper breath in here and just expand that space a little bit wider so we can include all of our bodies,

The emotional body,

The mental body,

The physical body,

Loving and conditionally all of it and also the spiritual body.

So we feel an expansion of this unconditional love.

Now we're gonna stay connected to this loving place until the end of this meditation.

And today let's work on vitality or feeling more alive.

So what I want to do here is to bring forward an aspect of yourself that is lacking vitality in your life.

So just take a moment here and just kind of feel into that.

So what is it?

Is there any feeling right now in your life that could bring you let's say more happiness,

That could ignite you,

Bringing you more fire and the joy of living.

So there's something that you wish will be different or just a feeling that really is bothering you these days and that you would like to work on.

So just take the first thing that comes up and from this place of unconditional love we're gonna address this aspect.

And also I just want to take a moment here to address your mind and we're gonna ask your mind,

Beautiful mind,

I'm asking you now to just take a position of witness.

So you're just observing this experience that we're gonna do now.

So you're welcome to watch,

To observe,

Not to interfere.

So just be on the side and just watch and thank you so much for agreeing to this.

So now we're back in that center with full of unconditional love and we're gonna address this aspect that is lacking the vitality.

So I'm gonna say I am here for you now.

I see you and I hear you.

A lot of times this aspect is a younger version of ourself.

So you can maybe imagine in your mind's eyes,

Like sometimes it comes naturally just like an image of you younger or just from moments before too.

So I'm gonna address,

So tell me what is going on and we looking at this aspect and we've been with this aspect with so much love and compassion.

Just like if we were being with our own little child.

So tell me what is going on and we create this space for this aspect to express and we're pairing with love.

So the aspect is expressing whatever is going on in the daily life.

For example,

My aspect it's been saying I wish,

You know,

I wish I had more energy.

I wish I had a higher level of energy.

So for me right now,

This is what's going on.

So whatever that is for you in your life,

You're just hearing and listening and seeing that aspect,

Expressing whatever that is for you.

And we're gonna respond to say you have good reason to feel this way.

You have absolutely good reason to feel this way.

And we nod and say yes,

Yes I hear you.

You have good reason to feel this way.

I'm with you now and I hear you and I care so much about you.

I love you so much.

And now we can even take a peek as how the aspect is receiving,

Being heard and being seen and see if it's able to feel the love.

And I believe it does feel this space that is able to express.

So now we're gonna ask the aspect if there's anything else,

If there's anything deeper that you wish to express,

Tell me what is going on.

I love you so much and I'm here for you.

Is there anything else that's bothering you deeper in this same issue?

And then again you have good reason to feel this way.

You have absolutely good reason to feel this way.

And we acknowledge whatever that aspect just expresses.

So this is a zone where we always are giving good reason for that aspect to express.

So that way we let the feeling being expressed and it is the best way to dissolve the creation here or the emotion that's been repressed for who knows how long.

So we're letting the space to be expressed even if maybe the mind or there's a part of us that doesn't want to agree with the little part of ourselves,

The aspect,

Then we know that there is resistance in this feeling.

So that way if the aspect is feeling a certain way,

It feels this way.

And we say good reason,

You have good reason to feel this way.

So sometime when I'm trying to think myself over,

I say oh I should not feel this way,

I know right away that I'm actually feeling resistance to whatever I'm feeling deeper down.

So I will stop myself and sit and just feel and I will give you a good reason to feel this way.

Because those aspects of ourself,

They have been through so much in this life.

It could be other lives,

It could be ancestors,

There's a lot of memory and we just don't remember on the awareness level,

Like we don't remember all the memories from our childhood or so it's like but their feeling has been repressed and life is doing its job to bring to us the situation in our daily life that will bring the trigger in order to be able to deal with and to dissolve and feel,

Dissolving by feeling those emotions that have been repressed.

So this is the core work here.

My aspect in this instance has been telling me I wish I was able to accept more the fact that I'm human,

That I need rest and also there's up and down and that's how life goes.

So that's what I heard from my aspect telling me.

So I told my aspect you have good reason to feel this way.

Now we're gonna ask another question to this aspect and we're gonna ask what do you need now?

What is it that you need now that will bring you more vitality,

Aliveness,

Joy,

Happiness or whatever that is that you decided to work on in this meditation?

So we just take a moment here and feel.

So what do you need my little one to be full of vitality and skyrocket feeling powerful and strong?

What is it that you need?

And now here what I like to do is to turn towards the higher source,

Either the universe,

God,

Resourceful place and I like to ask is it possible to connect,

To receive,

To tap into this quality or this possibility that my aspect needs and the aspect is witnessing also this question to the higher source and then when we ask this,

Yes,

The answer is yes.

We can have access to all of it because everything in this space is possible and it's reachable and it's just a matter of wanting to connect there.

So we get a yes so now we can bring this quality to the aspect and here it is my little one.

This is the quality that you need,

This is what you requested,

Here it is,

I am giving it to you and sometimes I feel like I'm giving it on a silver plate or you know just give it to my aspect,

Here it is.

And in my situation here it was more care,

You know more attention to my level of energy and to pay more attention.

So there was more care and I'm giving it now to my little one and yes she is very happy to receive.

So now we're giving it and we're just noticing if this aspect is able to receive fully,

Take it all.

You are the most important person to me,

You are part of me so I am giving it to you.

So in my case it's very,

I see a very bright light of joy,

It's very happy and she's smiling and receiving it.

So this is very good and this process is easy,

Very good,

She's receiving it and she feels love and care for and she's very happy.

So sometimes we do have some resistance into that so if it's the case for you then you just go with the same process saying you have good reason to resist,

You have good reason and usually the resistance is out of protection.

But today right now in this energy,

Right now in this meditation it feels really welcoming so we're just gonna enjoy that.

It's been received and then the last question is like my little one show me how it feels like when you are full of vitality,

Higher level of energy so just show me what it feels like.

And then she feels powerful as you're jumping around so whatever your little one is doing now after being receiving whatever was needed.

Just enjoy and very good and at the end here let's conclude this transformation and I like to do an I am statement so with a new state of beingness so I am and then you fill the blank for yourself.

So in my case here it says I am powerful and strong and let's repeat that three times in our mental space and embody this in your entire body.

So here's the conclusion of this transformative meditation so just bring your awareness back to your toes and your fingertips and you can move them a little and you're welcome to open your eyes and thank you so much for joining me on this beautiful journey.
