Welcome to this transformative meditation.

This is Manon and this is brought to you by Pure Conscience.

So make sure you are in a comfortable sitting position with your back up straight and if you're using a chair just make sure that your feet are well grounded on the ground,

On the floor.

And let's bring our awareness inward.

Just connecting with your breath and the flow,

The rhythm of your breath which is connected to the flow of life.

As the breath is a cycle it is connected to all life.

Without the breath there is no life and life goes in cycle.

We can think about the waves,

The cycles of the moon,

The seasons and the seasons of our lives.

As we grow we constantly change just like the breath.

So just take a moment to notice your breath flowing in and out of your body.

As you breathe just relax deeper,

Releasing any tension you might notice.

So just let them go.

There is no need to hold on to any tension.

Just completely relax.

Remind yourself that you are in a safe place now so there is no need to hold on.

We can trust the safety of your surroundings now.

Just bring your attention now to your sitting bones or your triangle base if you're sitting on a cushion and just feel the contact with Mother Earth as she is here to support you.

So you can release deeper into trusting her for being here to support you in your life right now.

So as you breathe bring your attention to the top of your head and relax your head as you go down with your breath.

Relax your neck,

Your shoulders,

All throughout your arms,

All the way to your elbows and lower arms and ankle and wrist,

The palms of your hands and your fingertips.

And just keep breathing down your trunk,

Your chest,

Your abdomen,

Down to your hips,

Down to your legs,

All the way to your feet.

So as you go down and scan your body just release any other tension you may find.

Feel your body breathing from head to fingertips,

From head to toes,

Feeling relaxed in this space.

And now bring your attention to your mind,

Your brain and just release even more attention you may find in this space.

Relax the connection in your brain and don't judge those thoughts that might come and go.

As you notice them just bring it back to the movement of your breath and just keep on relaxing deeper,

Filling up the space,

The interior of your head with the breath,

Creating new space and letting go of tension in your brain and in your mind.

So feel the interior of your body,

Your head,

Your body,

The inside,

Filled with the breath.

Feel the thickness of your body relaxing with the breath.

Feel the muscles and the bone and all the tissues and the organs.

Release tension and feeling deeper the breath.

Feel the pore of your skin breathing.

Feel every hair of your body breathing.

Feel your bones breathing.

And feel your cells breathing.

And as they breathe,

As you inhale you're bringing a very bright,

Pure source of life.

Inhaling,

Pushing through your cells and as you exhale you're letting go of all the discomfort or maybe the unhealthy or the negative,

The black dots coming out and just release.

So let's just take a few cleansing breaths.

Inhaling purity and health and vibrancy and inhale and release the lower vibration of your cells.

Inhaling health and exhaling disease.

Inhaling love,

Life,

High frequency and exhaling the lower vibrations.

So keep breathing onto your own rhythm.

All the way down to your cells.

Every molecule of your being in all your bodies.

Mental body,

The emotional body,

The physical body,

And the spiritual body.

Every breath you take is pure love,

Healing frequency and it's washing away all of the impurities.

Releasing.

Keep breathing this cleansing breath.

And know that this energy,

This flowing high frequency is highly intelligent.

It goes everywhere in your body where it needs it the most.

So you can trust this higher frequency.

So we just let it do his work.

And you can also bring attention to your brain and the connection in your mental body.

To create new path and let it go of any patterns that are unhealthy.

Negative thought patterns.

So we can release those.

And now we're going to do a special alignment with the mind.

So I'm going to ask to bring your attention into the center point of your brain.

Right where the pineal gland is.

And if you don't know what that one is,

It's right in the center,

In the middle of your brain.

So just with your mind's eyes go to that center.

And just keep breathing in this space.

And we're going to imagine here an elevator.

So the doors are open and we're just going to walk in there.

We're going to press this two sacred chamber button.

So we're pressing it and the doors are closing.

And the elevator is departing and it's kind of going down.

And this is a special,

Very special kind of elevator.

It's a miracle and it goes sideways and down and makes some turns.

And it's very gentle and it's very safe.

And we're going to go into this sacred chamber.

So we're going down in some spirals,

Turning down and around in some tunnels and just kind of following a path.

This is a new path.

We've never been this way before.

And then finally we're getting to a destination and it brings us to a very close,

Closer to a space in the realm of our soul.

And the doors are open and you can start walking into this very bright light.

It is close to the soul so it's extremely bright,

Like a very high intensity white light here.

So you keep walking and you're looking around and it's very bright.

And you're just exploring a little bit here and just feeling what it feels like to be closer to your own soul.

And it feels very pure.

It's an absolutely pristine type of energy here.

And you've never been in such a bright place before.

And now as we stand in this sacred place of the soul,

We notice in our environment that there is a podium in front of us.

And we're going to invite a very special guest behind the podium to come and take place.

And we're going to invite our own mind to come in front of us.

So the mind comes and takes place behind the podium.

And as the soul,

We are filled with unconditional love and so much compassion.

And we're going to address our own mind.

Beautiful mind.

Thank you so much for accepting this invitation in this sacred space.

There's a few things that I would like to address today.

So first of all,

I am in awe in front of you for all of those things that you take care.

You are so impressive.

I am absolutely grateful for everything that you do and that you take care.

I am in awe in front of you for all of those things that you can think of,

That you make it possible for us to be on time in all the places that we need to be.

And all of those things that you remember to bring and that your ability to think of all of those details that is completely amazing.

I am so grateful for you to be such an amazing partner in my life.

You are amazing and I want you to receive this gratefulness that I feel at the bottom of my heart.

I love you so much,

Beautiful mind.

So now we're going to take a peek from the mind side point of view at how the mind is receiving those compliments.

So the mind is maybe a little surprise but is feeling very flattered and happy to receive such recognition for his good behavior and his ability to manage life.

So he's accepting and receiving the gratefulness of the soul.

So now as the soul we have a few more words to address to the mind.

My beautiful mind,

There's something that I need to address.

You know you've been taking more tasks and you've been doing overwork.

You have been taking a bigger role of what you are meant to do and I am absolutely grateful for everything that you've been taking in charge because at some point in time and in the end we were unable to take decision or to manage life like I was meant to be and you saved us,

You took the role of making decision and you became in control of the situation and you saved us and I want you to receive my full appreciation of this higher role that you took but I do have a request today.

From now on I want you to go easier and to I basically want to take back the command that I am meant to take and I want you to let go of the control.

We are safe now and I need you to go back to the initial role what you are meant to do and to be which is to be able to take direction from our command here.

So basically I am asking you to step back,

To just receive the command when it's needed and to just do the work that you are meant to do as the partner of my life,

As the mind which you do so well.

So I am asking you to let go of control and to be able to receive direction when I am giving them to you and if there is no direction I am asking you to be patient and just wait patiently until you receive more direction.

We are in a better place now and I feel strong enough to be in the command of my own direction in life and I am able to choose the direction of the path.

And I thank you beautiful mind that I love so much for accepting to let go of control and be willing to be such an amazing partner and to collaborate with my commands.

Thank you beautiful mind.

And now we are going to take a peek on how the mind is receiving all of this.

So the mind has heard the soul express all of this and understand that in the past he had to step up and do the best it could to save the situation and find a way to safety.

And the mind understands now that we are not anymore in survival mode but we are able to choose the direction and that the soul is able to command now.

So the mind agrees to release the control and to be following the commands from the soul.

The mind appreciates the partnership with the soul.

It is his best friend and he has so much respect for it and what he really wants is to be an amazing servant of the soul and it feels really honored to serve the soul the best it can.

So the mind agrees with honor.

So going back to the soul side now,

We are absolutely grateful for the beautiful mind and now we are asking the mind to leave this sacred chamber and just go to his natural place of being for the mind to be.

Up in the brain.

And both parties are feeling absolutely grateful for this amazing partnership.

And we feel a deeper sense of peace and alignment.

And now deep in the soul we know we can trust the mind.

And the mind knows that he can trust the soul.

So we can feel a deeper sense of love and trust.

A place of harmony within our self.

So just breathe in this harmony and peace and love and feel that expansion to embrace all of your bodies.

Feel it all the way deep down your bones and tissues of your being.

All the way down to your cells.

All the way down to your toes,

To your fingertips.

And feel this aliveness by moving your fingertips and toes and bringing back your awareness to your body.

And become aware of the space you occupy in your room where you're finding yourself.

Coming back and I feel very honored that you join me on this beautiful journey.
