Welcome to this transformative meditation.
I'm Manon and this is brought to you by Pure Conscience.
Take a comfortable sitting position either on a cushion or on a chair,
Keeping your spine up straight and feet flat on the ground if using a chair.
And just bring your awareness inward,
Connecting to your breath.
And relax your body.
Relax your shoulders,
Your chest and abdomen,
Upper back,
Middle back and lower back.
And just notice your sitting bones on the cushion or the chair,
Feeling the contact and feeling supported by Mother Earth.
So you know you can relax into her.
And just release tensions that you notice in your body.
Just let them go.
Relax your shoulders and arms,
All the way to fingertips.
Relax your legs,
Lower legs,
All the way down to your feet and toes.
Feel the breath flowing into your body from the top of your head,
Going through your body,
Through the core,
Your chest,
All the way down to your arms and your trunk,
All the way down to toes and fingertips.
And as you breathe,
Just relax deeper and let go of any tension.
Relax your face.
Relax your cheeks bones.
Relax the interior of your mouth,
The back of your throat,
Your tongue and your lips.
Relax your forehead,
Your eyebrows,
Your eyes and behind your eyes.
Release the point between your eyebrows.
Relax your neck,
The sides and the back of your head.
And the top of your head.
And relax your mind.
Feel the interior of your head relaxing deeper,
Relaxing the thoughts pattern,
The connection in the brain.
Just relax deeper.
And just bring back your awareness to your breath in those instance where your mind might wander.
So with gentleness,
Just bring back your mind to yourself.
And now let's bring our attention to the center point of your being,
Somewhere in the heart area.
Just notice this center point of who you are.
Locate it and just feel deeper into it.
And you can take a few steps in deeper.
And just feel what it feels like to be you.
In this sacred space of yourself.
This is a deeper connection of who you are,
Closer to your own soul.
This is a sacred space filled with unconditional love and compassion.
Feel the intensity of this quality of love.
And explore deeper this higher frequency of this pristine energy.
It's a very bright energy frequency.
So maybe with your mind's eyes,
You're able to see like a very bright white light.
With the quality of unconditional love and deep compassion.
So now let's expand a little bit more into that sacred space.
Expanding this space into your energy field of your bodies.
The different bodies,
Emotional bodies,
Mental body,
The physical body and the spiritual body.
You feel this expansion of this luminous,
Magnificent,
Bright light of who you are.
And now I'm going to ask you to stay connected with this place,
This soul of who you are.
And we're going to bring forward an aspect of you that you notice you have in your daily life.
That this aspect is not quite the way you want or maybe this aspect is a little dissatisfied with the current situation in your life right now.
So we're going to bring that first aspect that comes to your mind in front of you.
And we're going to look at it with full love,
Unconditional love and compassion,
Just like,
You know,
This same type of love that a loving mother will look at her own child.
And just loving fully all of the beings of this child as he's learning about this life.
So even if he is making some mistakes or he's doing things that could be better in some ways,
She has so much love for that child.
So we're going to use that same type of love towards that aspect of ourself that is showing up being dissatisfied with life or deceived or whatever feeling there is for you.
And we're going to address that aspect and we're going to ask this first question.
What is going on?
And we're just looking with loving eyes and loving ears,
Seeing and hearing with so much love what the aspect has to say.
So my little one,
What is going on?
And we're here,
We're creating the space for that aspect to express whatever that is that is going on.
And we're listening with so much love and compassion and understanding.
And we're going to reply and say,
You have good reason to feel this way.
You have absolutely good reason to feel this way.
I hear you.
I see you.
And I love you so much.
You are so precious to me.
And I appreciate your honesty in telling me what is going on.
You have good reason to feel this way.
And then we can take a peek at how the aspect is receiving this love is the aspect.
Feeling heard or seen.
Is the aspect feeling this love?
This care.
And then we're going to ask the aspect,
Is there anything else you would like to express?
I am here for you.
And we can just feel deeper,
Maybe like there's a feeling sometime,
Like deeper,
Sometimes there's no words,
But it's just a feeling that it's there.
And we're just creating that space for the aspect to express this feeling.
And we receive whatever the aspect is expressing.
There is no judgment here.
It's just receiving with so much love and compassion.
And again,
We can repeat to the aspect,
You have good reason to feel this way.
You absolutely have good reason to feel this way and I am so sorry that you feel this feeling.
And I love you so much.
You are so precious to me.
I am so happy today that you're expressing what has been bothering you.
And when you feel complete in this expression of the feeling,
You can check how the aspect is feeling.
And then one feels kind of relieved for feeling a little bit better here.
Then we're going to ask another question.
We're going to ask the aspect,
What is it now that you need?
What is it that you need in order to feel happy,
Whole,
Satisfied,
Delighted with life?
And then again,
We listen to what the aspect needs.
Sometimes it is a quality.
So whatever that is,
What I like to do here,
I like to turn to our higher self or the depth into our soul and ask,
Is it possible to receive this quality?
And since this resourceful place of our soul or the access of our higher self is mostly able to receive anything we wish for,
So the answer is yes.
Then we take that quality and we offer it to the aspect.
Here it is,
My little one.
Here is what you need.
Take it and receive it.
Into your heart.
It is my gift to you.
I am giving it to you.
Are you able to receive this gift?
And then here we listen and watch what is happening.
Is the aspect able to receive fully this gift?
Sometimes the answer is yes and sometimes the answer is no.
Sometimes there is resistance and the ability to receive.
So if it's the case,
We just keep seeing and listening and we just repeat to the little one,
You have good reason to have resistance in receiving this gift.
So to give a piece of understanding to the mind,
So the resistance is there as a protection layer because in the past there's been some hurt and now we're just protecting the heart.
So I'd like to address the little one and explain that this gift is coming from a very trusted source.
It is coming from the soul of me.
And there is not more safe love or gift.
So this is a very trusted source.
This is a very pure source.
So there is no fear to have.
And even if you feel fear just outside of such fear or belief that you might have,
There is this gift with unconditional love and compassion just outside of that belief.
This little bubble around you that prevents you from receiving it.
So know that the gift is just outside of the boundary of your belief,
Of your fear.
And you are loved no matter what.
And usually after this little moment here there's usually a little crack that opens and is able to receive and trust the source of this quality of gift or whatever that was that the aspect needed.
So we trust deeper into that crack and just let it receive deeper into the heart of the aspect of ourselves.
And sometimes there is some mental notes or images of a smaller,
Younger version of ourselves.
And we just keep interacting with it,
With this aspect until we can receive fully this gift.
And we can take a few deeper breaths as an integration of the quality within the aspect.
And now we can feel how the aspect is feeling.
And usually at this point there is a little smile,
A happy,
Happier place.
And there is more like a communion between the soul and the aspect.
And so we enjoy this moment of celebration and of transformation.
And just embody this new state of being into your entire body.
Letting this quality expand into your heart and your chest,
Your arms and your legs.
And breathe into that new feeling of beingness emerging from this transformation.
And after a few breaths here we can bring the awareness back to our bodies,
To our toes.
We can move them a little to our fingertips.
Keeping that nice state of peace within ourselves.
And you're welcome to open your eyes.
