Welcome to this transformative meditation.

I'm Manon and this is brought to you by Pure Conscience.

So make sure you're finding yourself in a comfortable sitting position,

Either on a cushion or on a chair.

And if you're using a chair,

Make sure your legs are uncrossed and your feet are flat on the floor.

So let's turn your attention inward on your breath and just take a moment to feel yourself on the inside,

Reconnecting with the rhythm of your breath.

So release,

Relax your feet,

Relax your ankles and your legs,

Let go of any tension.

Feel the sitting bones in contact with your chair or the cushion and as you breathe,

Just relax deeper any tension that you find and notice in your body.

Relax your hips,

Relax your abdomen,

Relax your lower back,

Your chest,

And the middle back and the back.

And release your shoulders,

Release your neck,

Release your arms all the way to fingertips.

Feel the breath moving with the inhale and the exhale or the movement of your breath.

Relax your mind,

And bring your awareness to the present moment.

Relax your face,

Release all the muscle around your mouth,

Your cheeks,

Bones.

Relax your eyes and behind your eyes.

Release any tension located in your forehead,

Release your mind,

Release the sides and the back of your head,

Release the top of your head.

And just breathe.

So now we're gonna connect with the center point of our being.

So just locate and find where is the center point within yourself and allow yourself to go deeper into that space.

So you're welcome to take a few more steps walking towards the center of you,

Of yourself,

Walking on this sacred territory of your own being.

And just feel what it feels like to be connected to this center point of you.

So let's just walk a little bit deeper until you feel that you are as close as possible in this moment of the very center of yourself.

And just take a few breaths here and feel this expansion of this center point,

Your sacred space.

So now we're gonna address your mind and we're gonna tell your mind to let ourselves go through this experience.

So a beautiful mind,

We're asking you here to interfere and intervene in this process.

You have been involved a lot already and now we're asking you to step aside and just observe.

So you are welcome to have a point of view to notice and see and witness but to not interfere with this experience that we're gonna attempt to do here now.

Thank you,

Mine,

For accepting to just keep on the side as an observer.

So now we're finding ourselves in the center of who we are and we're just gonna take a deeper dive and feel what it feels like to be right into this center point.

So where there is this sacred space and there's a deeper sense of unconditional love and compassion.

And for some of you,

You could also we're gonna connect to a higher self.

It could be also like a higher being such as God if you use this in your life or the whole universe or Mother Mary.

I like personally to use Mother Mary because for me she's she embody unconditional love and compassion.

So I want to connect with Mother Mary.

I feel like there's she's got so much love and she's helping me to feel this field of unconditional love and compassion just like the way we be looking at a child that is learning about life.

So this quality of higher quality of love unconditional love and compassion.

So just take a few breaths deeper into this unconditional love.

And we're gonna stay connected to this love during the entire meditation today.

So just enjoy this connection and expand and a little deeper into this unconditional love so you until you really feel that your your entire chest and your arms and your legs are filled with this love.

You are becoming this unconditional love.

And now we're gonna bring an aspect of ourself,

An aspect that when we look into maybe love and relationship we can take an aspect that is lacking or there is conflict or there's uneasiness into a situation.

So just pick whatever comes first in your mind,

Something that is actually bothering you in your daily life and you wish that it would be different.

So something that you wish to change.

So we're gonna stay connected with this unconditional love and we're gonna bring forward in front of us that aspect that is having an issue in our life.

And we're gonna address this aspect and we're gonna ask what is going on.

So often this aspect is a younger version of ourself.

So what is going on my little one here?

Tell me.

And we're listening with love.

And we hear this aspect.

We hear the words and we're nodding,

Saying yes you have a good reason to feel this way.

We hear and we're seeing the reality of this aspect.

You have good reason to feel this way.

I hear you.

I see you and I am with you now.

And we just keep receiving this expression of the aspect and we are with this aspect with so much love and deep compassion.

And we listening and we understand the feeling.

So now we're going a little deeper into that aspect.

What is it that it's really going on?

By creating the space to let the feeling of the aspect being expressed.

Maybe something that's never been expressed before.

And we're nodding.

Yes you have good reason to feel this way.

I love you so much.

I hear you and you have good reason to feel this way.

And you don't need to change.

I am loving you just the way you are with this expression because this is truthful and I appreciate the honesty of this expression.

And then we can take a peek at how the aspect is receiving this love and this attention that we're giving.

So the aspect is feeling heard and seen and there is space available for its expression.

So we keep receiving and creating even more space with this unconditional love.

And there is a release in this energy here.

And since we're doing this process,

So you don't want to hold on to anything,

So you just let the aspect to fully express all the way to the bottom of the feeling,

Completely expressed.

And to give a little piece of information to the mind to understand exactly what's going on here is we're creating a space,

A loving space,

For this emotion that's been stored inside of ourself until it gets expressed.

It's like an emotional walnut.

Something happened and there's an emotion that never got expressed and we just stored it in the bottom of ourself and we have a bunch of walnuts and now we're starting to crack those walnuts by letting out the emotion that was there inside of ourself.

And this whole life is very supporting of our growth because it is bringing in our daily situation a reflection of those walnut emotional situation that needs to be expressed.

So it's a direct reflection and this is why we're doing this work.

So to be able to let go,

To dissolve the creation by letting it express.

So the fastest way to dissolve a creation is by doing the experience of it.

I repeat,

So the the fastest way to dissolve a creation is by making the experience of it.

So this is what we are doing here in this work.

So as we are grounded in this unconditional love,

Looking at this aspect that has been bothering us in our daily life,

We're creating this space to let it express fully and release in the body.

So now that we have released a major part of this emotion,

So we're gonna ask the aspect another question.

We're gonna ask what is it that you need now?

What is it that you need in regard to this situation or the circumstances or what is it is that needed to feel loved,

The need to feel respected,

To be heard.

So whatever that is for you in your specific situation,

What is it that this aspect needs?

And we receive with as much love the request of what is needed.

So what I like to do here is I like to turn to Mother Mary because that's someone I use,

But whatever that is for you,

Either it's God or the universe or your higher self,

And I like to ask and say is it possible to receive this quality?

Is it available?

And since we're dealing with this resource full of all the qualities possible,

It's like a huge library of all the qualities available to us.

It's just basically up to us to tap into it.

So it is pretty much all the time available.

So yes,

It is available.

So now we're offering this quality,

This whatever that the need is to our aspect,

To this younger version of ourself.

Here it is.

I am giving it to you.

So if you need being loved or being heard or feeling respected,

Here it is.

I am giving all of these qualities right here,

Just like on the silver plate,

And I am giving it,

Offering it to you with so much love and compassion because you are part of myself.

So are you able to receive it?

I am giving you so much love and respect and being heard and seen or whatever that is for you that need.

I am giving it to you.

Are you able to let it in,

To receive fully?

And something here seems to resist a little bit of this reception.

So when there's this resistance to receive,

I would just look at it with unconditional love and compassion and we're just gonna say you have good reason,

Good reason to resist or to be fearful.

And we understand that it is out of protection from the heart,

To protect the heart because of past experience that could have been hurtful.

So we understand,

Yes,

You have good reason to resist this love,

To resist.

And now although there is a crack being happening and being able to receive,

We're just gonna clarify and just remind this aspect that the source of this love is completely safe.

It is coming from the deepest part of our own soul.

So there is no safest source of love than this one.

There's no need to be afraid,

To be hurt with this love because it is self-love.

So this love is completely safe.

And now we can notice that the aspect is able to receive,

Is more open to receive this quality or whatever that's needed here.

It is able to receive deeper.

So we let this process happening,

Breathing into it,

Sharing this love and feeling the joy of being able to release and to share.

And as this aspect is becoming more complete and more filled with love,

Sometimes in your mind's eyes you might be able to even to see some image and notice your little one,

An aspect.

So maybe there are some smiles and joy or dancing around and happiness happening here.

And now we're gonna ask another question to this aspect and we're gonna ask it to show us what it feels like when it's fully received,

When the quality of this or this love or whatever was needed,

When this quality is received fully,

Show us what it looks like,

What it feels like.

So we all have a different way of expression,

So basically just experience,

Just notice and witness whatever your little one in the aspect of you is showing it to you.

Now there's a joy and happiness and if it's not the case just keep processing those emotions,

Accepting whatever that is.

But it feels in this energy now that it's been fully received and there's some joy and fireworks and happy moments here and hugs and love.

And I'd like to remind ourselves that if you're dealing with some issues regarding your relationship,

It's always with the self-love first.

If you're not able to receive your own love,

How can you receive the love from someone else?

So it is so important to be able to remove the blockages and cracking the walnuts of the emotional repressed emotion from the past in order to flourish in our loving relationship.

So as a last step here,

What I like to do is to create a I am statement with the new state of beingness of this aspect.

So just fill up the blank.

So I am and fill the blank.

I am loved.

I am feeling respected,

Whatever that is for you,

And just repeat it into your minds about three times.

And feel the embodiment of this quality now into your entire body.

So I am loved.

I feel loved.

I feel respected.

And just feel it in all your chest and legs and arms and fingertips and your head and mind and eyes,

Completely feeling this new state of beingness.

And you just transform an aspect of yourself.
