Welcome,

And thank you for being here.

Today we'll journey into nature to connect with our inner child,

A part of us that carries innocence,

Curiosity,

And deep wisdom.

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Taking your time to close your eyes and take deep breaths in through the nose,

Perhaps out of your mouth.

Then allow your breath to settle into a natural rhythm.

Take as much time as you need.

Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a beautiful forest.

The air is fresh,

Carrying the scent of pine and wildflowers.

The sun gently warms your skin,

And a soft breeze whispers through the trees.

With each breath,

Feel yourself becoming more present,

More grounded in this serene space.

As you step onto the forest path,

Notice the textures beneath your feet.

Perhaps it's soft moss,

Cool earth,

Or a bed of fallen leaves.

You're safe here.

Each step takes you deeper into the forest and closer to your inner child.

After a while,

You come to a clearing.

In the center is a lush meadow filled with vibrant flowers and a small stream running through it.

As you take in the beauty of this space,

You see a younger version of yourself nearby.

This is your inner child waiting to meet you.

Take a moment to observe them.

How old do they appear to be?

What are they wearing?

What is their expression?

Slowly approach them with kindness and openness.

When you're ready,

Gently introduce yourself.

Let them know you are here to listen,

To understand,

And to offer them love and support.

Sit together in this safe,

Peaceful space.

You might ask your inner child if they have anything they want to share—feelings,

Thoughts,

Or memories.

Be patient and compassionate,

Allowing them to express themselves freely.

If they feel shy or hesitant,

Reassure them that they are safe and that you are here to protect and care for them.

As you listen,

Offer words of comfort or encouragement.

You are loved.

You are enough.

You are safe now.

I am here for you,

Always.

Now,

Imagine a warm,

Golden light surrounding both of you.

This light represents healing and unconditional love.

Feel it enveloping you.

Feeling you with a sense of peace and connection.

Allow this light to flow into your inner child,

Soothing any pain or fear they may be carrying.

Together,

You release any burdens or worries into the earth below,

Where they can be transformed into positive energy.

Feel the weight lift,

Leaving you both lighter and freer.

If your inner child feels ready,

Invite them to play.

Maybe you run through the meadow,

Dip your toes in the stream,

Or pick flowers together.

Let yourself be fully present in this moment of joy and simplicity.

Feel the pure,

Unfiltered happiness that comes from reconnecting with this part of yourself.

When it feels right,

Let your inner child know that you'll always be here for them.

Thank them for their courage and for allowing you to connect.

Embrace them,

Feeling the warmth of your shared bond.

As you prepare to leave,

Visualize your inner child returning to a safe,

Cozy place within your heart,

Where they will always be protected and loved.

Slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Feel the surface beneath you,

The weight of your body,

And the rhythm of your breath.

Wiggle your toes and fingers,

Gently reawakening your body.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes,

Carrying with you the peace,

Joy,

And connection you've cultivated today.
