Close your eyes and take a deep breath in,

Feeling the air fill your lungs and then slowly exhale releasing any tension.

Continue to breathe deeply and evenly as we begin our journey together,

Finding a comfortable position to lay or sit.

Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a lush green forest.

The air is fresh and filled with the scent of pine and earth.

You can hear the gentle rustling of leaves as a soft breeze moves through the trees.

Sunlight filters through the canopy above,

Creating a dappled pattern of light on the forest floor.

With each step you take,

You feel more relaxed and connected to the earth beneath your feet.

Notice the texture of the path,

Whether it's soft with fallen leaves,

Firm with packed earth,

Or sprinkled with pebbles.

Hear the crunch of leaves and twigs as you walk deeper into the forest.

Pause for a moment and take in your surroundings.

Notice the vibrant colors of the leaves,

The intricate patterns of the bark on the trees,

And the delicate flowers that dot the forest floor.

Listen to the sounds around you,

The chirping of birds,

The distant call of wildlife,

And the gentle flow of a nearby stream.

As you continue your journey,

You come to a clearing.

In the center of the clearing is a serene,

Clear pond.

The water is still,

Reflecting the sky above and the surrounding trees like a mirror.

Find a comfortable spot by the edge of the pond and sit down.

Feel the cool,

Soft grass beneath you.

Take a moment to gaze into the pond.

See your reflection and notice how calm and at peace you appear.

The stillness of the water reflects the stillness within you.

Allow any thoughts or worries to drift away,

Carried off by the gentle ripple of the pond.

Begin to match your breath with the rhythm of the natural world around you.

Inhale deeply,

Drawing in the fresh,

Clean air.

Feel it invigorate your body,

And then exhale slowly,

Releasing any remaining tension.

With each breath,

You feel more connected to the earth,

More grounded and serene.

Imagine the energy of the forest surrounding you.

Visualize a soft,

Green light emanating from the trees,

The plants,

The earth itself.

This light is warm,

Nurturing,

And full of life.

As you breathe in,

Imagine this light entering your body,

Filling you with its healing energy.

As you breathe out,

Release any negativity or stress.

Spend a few moments in silence,

Expressing gratitude for this peaceful moment in nature.

Feel the interconnectedness of all living things,

And the sense of unity and balance it brings.

Know that you can return to this place in your mind whenever you need to find peace and relaxation.

Slowly bring your awareness back to your physical surroundings.

Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,

Gently awakening your body.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Take a moment to notice how you feel.

Carry this sense of peace and connection with you throughout your day.
