Let's take a moment to pause.
Allowing our body to soften.
Into the surface of our skin.
Allowing our jaw to soften.
Tongue to fall away from the roof of our mouth.
Allowing us to think a little deeper.
And deeper into the surface beneath our body.
Allowing ourselves.
To breathe in deeply and slowly through the nose.
Exhaling out through the mouth.
And with each inhale.
And exhale.
Allowing our shoulders to soften a little more.
Allowing our jaw to soften more.
Allowing our eyes to feel heavy.
And our body to keep sinking deeper and deeper.
You may wish to place one hand over the heart.
In one hand on the stomach.
Feeling the palms gently warm the surface of the skin.
And feel the rise and fall of the breath.
Slowly.
Deep breath.
Inhaling.
.
.
And exhaling.
Beringo.
Offening.
Reliefing.
We're just going to start to imagine that we look down at our feet.
Now feed a bear.
Just noticing the surface beneath the feet.
Home alone.
Soft or hard.
Wiggling the toes a little to connect with the surface.
We look ahead and see a path.
And step by step.
Breath by breath.
Start to follow this path.
As we walk along this path,
We notice a clearing.
Looking up at the sky and noticing it's day or night.
Clear or cloudy.
A nap ahead.
We can see a mountain.
Pathway makes itself known to us.
As we approach the mountain.
Start step by step and breath by breath.
Making your way up this pathway.
Just noticing.
Smooth or rugged.
Whether you can see pockets of moss or grass between the cracks.
Whether some parts of the pathway more challenging than others.
Having to perhaps use your hands and your feet.
To make your way ahead.
Noticing the air on your skin.
Noticing any movement of birds.
Making your way to the top of the mountain.
And when you reach the mountains top.
Just noticing if it's clear,
Whether it's lush with greenery.
I'm just pacing around the top.
Looking out below.
Expansive landscape.
And as you stand there,
You feel.
This noise building up inside of your body,
Inside of your chest and your lungs.
All the words unsaid,
Emotions untold.
Almost to the point where it feels like your lungs may burst.
And with the next breath,
The noise releases from the body.
Almost as if a wolf howling at the moon,
Or the sun,
Or the land,
The sky.
Feeling that deep release of letting go from the body.
It's as if everything has cleared around you.
Past,
Present,
Future and with this letting go.
With this release.
It clears all that no longer serves you.
It could be faces appear,
Situations appear.
Timeline to the year.
Just allow what comes and keep releasing.
And heal.
There is nothing left.
When all is released.
You stand.
And look around you with new light.
With new hope,
With new clarity.
You look with that sense of power that is you and knowing that is you.
Just notice how that feels.
And with that knowledge.
That you can walk your truth.
And walk in the power that is you.
You start to make your way back down the mountain,
Back down the path.
And noticing if the path has changed.
If it's the same as it was going up.
Making your way back down the path.
Until you reach the clearing again.
In the clearing.
Begin noticing as this change.
Slowly upon slowly heading towards the path.
Making your way back down the path.
Until you arrive at yourself again.
And with the next breath,
You become one with yourself.
Lighter,
Clearer.
Centered.
And as you settle back into the breath,
Back into the body.
You can either drift off to sleep.
Or return to your day knowing.
You can walk your truth.
And stand in your power.
