Welcome to a moment of peace,

Calm and tranquility as we gently start to feel the warmth of your heart to drift.

Closing our eyes and losing ourselves for a moment as we reconnect with our breath,

Our body and our soul.

Allowing your breath to soften and deepen,

Feeling that gentle rise and fall of your breath.

The inhale and the exhale.

And if you can,

Place one hand on your forehead and one hand over your heart.

And all we're doing in this time and in this space is focusing on the space between both hands.

All that exists is this space and the breath.

Focusing the energy and attention between these hands.

Focusing on both hands.

Noticing the warmth of your hands on your skin.

Becoming aware of your beating heart.

Feeling that connection of your heart and your hand and your head and your hand.

Gentle breaths.

Focusing on this space.

We're going to bring in some affirmations to support you on this journey of rest and relaxation.

I am calm.

I am at peace.

I sleep deeply.

Allowing yourself to let go just a little more with each breath.

Noticing how your toes are relaxing.

Noticing your feet releasing and loosening.

Noticing your legs letting go.

Your body releasing.

Your mind stilling.

Existing in this space of the hands,

The heart,

The head and this space of letting go.

I am calm.

I am at peace.

I sleep deeply.

I am calm.

I am at peace.

And I sleep deeply.

And I sleep deeply.

We're just going to shift the hands to putting one hand on the heart and the other hand on the lower stomach.

And all we're going to do in this time and in this space is now focus on the space between the hand on the heart and the hand on the lower stomach.

Feeling that rise and fall of the breath under your hands.

Like a cradling or rocking motion.

Feeling the warmth of your hands,

The heartbeat and the rise and fall of the body.

Just focusing on the space between the two hands.

Allowing that connection back to self.

Feeling that warmth.

Feeling that connection.

Feeling that inhale and exhale.

And bringing the affirmations back in here to support your journey of rest and deep sleep.

I am at peace.

Deepening and releasing.

Letting go.

Letting go.

Allowing yourself to be supported as you enter this deep space.

Feeling that connection.

Just seeking that awareness between the two hands.

And the rise and fall of the breath.

Just allowing your hands to go wherever is comfortable for you.

Just focusing on the rise and fall of the breath.

As you start to imagine.

You're staring at the night sky.

Noticing the stars and the moon.

Feeling the air on your skin.

Noticing if there are any night sounds of animals or trees or wind rustling or sweetness in the smell of the air.

Noticing the glow of the moon and the stars.

How the clouds shape and form in front of the moon.

And noticing if one star in particular catches your attention and reaches out to you.

And allowing this vision of the star to settle upon your eyes.

Observing the lights changing as you look a little closer.

And soon you feel your body drifting towards this star.

Leaving this night sky has become one.

The stars and the moon themselves.

Weightless.

Effortless.

And the star becomes brighter as you get closer and closer to the star.

And soon you become the star.

Become this space of light.

You become the vibration and the essence of peace and light itself.

And you start to observe the space around you.

Taking in the details of this space.

This is your sacred space of rest and relaxation.

And allowing what images to come.

Being open to being shown this space of relaxation and deep rest.

Almost a cradling of your soul.

While you leave behind any thoughts,

Any images.

And just being.

Being in this safe space of deep rest and deep sleep.

You are this moment.

You are this space within you of peace and calm and rest.

Focusing on this space around you.

Moving within this star or within the galaxies themselves.

Becoming one with the melody of the universe.

Drifting.

Drifting and being.

Relaxing and letting go.

You are this safe space.

You are the breath.

And allow yourself to drift within this beautiful space.

Journeying with the music and the affirmations as you sleep.

This is the space within you of peace and relaxation.

And allowing what images to come.
