The intention of this meditation is to guide you to connect to the truth of who you are and to reinforce the truth of your full worthiness.
Reconnecting fully with your whole self-worth and consequently invoking your full self-confidence.
Self-confidence is the ego's interpretation of self-worth.
Once self-worth is aligned,
The ego no longer needs to defend itself and enables you to naturally express and celebrate your full wholeness,
Feeling and exuding full self-confidence.
As humans,
We have all been created equal.
We each have access to our unique physical,
Mental,
Emotional and spiritual connections.
We are all born with varied desires and skills.
This is what makes us uniquely self.
One thing that will always remain true is that we are all born with the same worth.
We are all equal.
This is what I call self-worth 10.

Society,
Inadvertently,
Through our parents,
Friends,
Families and community,
Has conditioned us to feel that our worth may be compromised due to our gender,
Sexual orientation,
Color of our skin,
Physical capabilities,
Body shape,
Conditioned beauty beliefs,
Financial status,
Career path,
Academic degrees and the list carries on.
But none of this makes a difference.
We are all still of equal worth.
We are all worthy.
The only way to stop this human conditioning is to take your own self-worth back.
Recognize the human conditioning that you may have fallen into during your natural human evolution.
Now it is time to take your self-worth back.
To recognize your wholeness.
You are worthy.
You are whole.
You are full.
Your self-worth is complete for being you.
You are beautiful.
You are unique.
You are worthy.
Take a deep breath and take your self-worth back.
Expell any time,
Situation or feeling that has been less than whole.
Expell society's conditioning and welcome your recalibration to the wholeness of your self-worth.
Take a deep breath in and release.
Take a deep breath in with the intention of connecting with the wholeness of your self-worth.
And release.
And take another deep breath in.
And release.
The beauty is that once you have reconnected with the truth of who you are and your self-worth,
It will enable you to see the truth and the worthiness of everyone around you.
Self-confidence is how we project our own self-worth.
Insecurity and arrogance are two ways our ego reflects our belief of lack of self-worth.
To embrace a life of alignment and grounded state,
Self-confidence requires a true alignment and belief in your self-worth.
Now that you have taken your self-worth back,
Let's take a few deep breaths to enable your self-confidence back.
Take a deep breath in.

Another deep breath in with the intention of enabling the fullness of your self-confidence.

Breathe in worthiness.

The following affirmations will guide you to reinforcing the truth of your self-worth and self-confidence.
Choose to listen to these affirmations and let them impact your subconscious.

All humans are created equal.
I am equal.
My worth is through my being.
My worth is through my living.

I have reconnected with the truth of who I am.

Our worthiness comes through being.

This unconscious conditioning took years to form.
Provide the compassion for these new beliefs to integrate and to shine in your being.
Be forgiving and compassionate to society.
Conditioning is part of our human experience and we have all been pulled into this cycle as willing participants.
