Relaxation Body Scan Meditation

Having trouble falling asleep? Or just struggling to relax during a stressful sitation? This meditation is for you! A body scan is one of my favorite ways to bring conscious awareness to each part of my body. This helps to become mindful of any tension or discomfort in order to intentionally help yourself and your body/mind to relax.
