This is a guided meditation to connect you with a version of your inner child. You'll be led the way to meet up with a specific age from your childhood, guided through ways to connect to this little version of you, and provided space to share openly what needs to be said on both ends. You will also expand your heart center and embrace more unconditional love.

I invite you to get into a comfortable position either sitting up or laying down making sure all distractions are turned off or put away.

On your inhale feel your belly inflate and on your exhale feel your belly deflate.

On every inhale I want you to imagine your roots and your feet grow stronger.

On your exhale your body just relaxes deeper.

Each inhale your roots and your feet strengthen.

Exhale your body relaxes deeper.

And on this next inhale just make it the biggest deepest inhale you'll take today.

Let it all the way out.

Relaxing your jaw,

Your shoulders,

Your back,

Feet.

Sometimes you'd imagine that you are somewhere special.

Be a place from your past or somewhere where you currently go.

In this place feels peaceful and happy.

It's a place where you go to relax,

To just be in the present moment.

Imagine that you're walking around or you find a comfortable seat.

And right now your mind brings forth your inner child.

There's an age that you easily effortlessly connect with right now.

An age from your childhood just resonates with what you need to know right now.

What needs healing,

What needs attention and focus.

This little version of you is right in front of you now.

You feel a resonance with this little one.

You notice how this little version of you is feeling.

Are they scared?

Are they sad?

Confused?

Maybe they're happy just when they play.

This is what your inner child feels right now.

Be with this child watching them,

Eye gazing.

You don't even have to say anything.

There's just this comfort together.

You know in this moment you're meant to be revealed or shared something valuable for your healing.

This anything in your surroundings have changed,

The place where you went that was peaceful and comfortable.

Ask yourself what does this little version of you need right now in this moment?

Do they need a hug?

Do they need a shoulder to cry on?

Do they want to just be held in your lap?

Or do they want to play and skip?

Whenever the case,

You say yes and you do what feels the most compassionate thing to do in this moment.

And while you're doing this,

You ask this little version of you what do they need to tell you?

What do they need to say?

Can you listen openly,

Curiously,

And lovingly?

And as they finish,

You are invited now to speak to your little version of yourself.

You say what is on your heart.

You unload what might be on your shoulders.

You've been carrying in your body.

This little version of you is in awe.

They're amazed by you forgetting to yourself where you are now.

And in this moment,

However you are,

Holding this little one,

Walking around,

I want you to feel into your heart space and you feel this energy,

Love,

Compassion,

Acceptance,

Forgiveness,

Gratitude.

Your heart expands,

This energy fills your body.

It fills the body of the little one.

This energy expands even further.

It fills the whole place of where you are in your mind,

Fills the room that you,

Your body is in.

It expands into your community.

It expands into your country,

Into the continent that you are on.

It fills the whole entire world.

And together,

This little version of you,

You feel all of this love,

Unconditional love,

For no matter what has been done or said,

You're in this space that feels the most free to be yourself,

To express yourself.

And sitting in this space,

Being in this space,

You look at the little version of you again.

You tell him or her any last things that need to be said.

You allow this little one younger version of you to also say what needs to be said.

You know it's time to go,

You thank this version of you for showing up,

You thank yourself for taking the space and the time to do so,

To meet with her or him.

You watch this little version of you leaving you better than you found them.

They wander off.

You take a deep inhale.

You can feel into your body again.

Another exhale lets go,

Releases and surrenders.

Another inhale,

You breathe in this love,

Acceptance,

Gratitude.

And exhale again just lets out everything that needs to be cleared,

Forgiven.

Last inhale,

Another deep inhale.

On your exhale,

You can begin to wiggle your toes and your fingers.

Watch your body.

Open up your eyes when you're ready.
