Hello there,
Today is your feel awesome meditation.
Get into your favorite meditation position and allow your arms to rest heavy by your sides.
If you are laying down,
Begin to pay attention to your belly rising and falling up and down.
If you are sitting up,
See if you can notice your shoulders gently moving as you breathe.
Close your eyes to heighten your sense of feeling,
Noticing the belly moving with the air up and down.
If you are in the laying down position,
And noticing your shoulders gently rising and falling.
If you are in the upright position,
Notice how your mind wanders away from thinking about these places.
Keep bringing your attention back.
This is training your mind.
Okay,
Good.
You can let your mind wander now to whatever it wants to focus on.
See if you can pay attention to how your thoughts go from one to another.
An infinite rhythm of thinking,
Thoughts lead to others.
Some connected,
Some not.
If you will it to be,
Your mind can be a vast ocean of opportunities.
You are able to create your reality through your thoughts.
This is proven over and over again.
Remember those times that you thought of someone and they called you?
Or perhaps you imagined receiving something and then you did.
Every one of us has had a time where we thought something and it happened.
This is a great power that each one of us has,
Though it is hidden from most of us.
Isn't that awesome that what we imagine is what we create?
I bet that if you fully realized your potential through your thoughts,
You would see your life change before your very eyes.
When you allow in those thoughts that are constructive,
Ones that help you,
Ones that help others,
This creates a positive reality that you will experience.
And just the same,
If you think about a negative reality,
It will find you as well.
The good thing is that you have the choice.
Which thought do you want to think?
The positive and constructive ones?
Or the negative and detrimental thoughts?
This knowledge,
Once you utilize it,
Makes you feel awesome.
You are able to have a better life,
And all it takes is changing your mind.
What an amazing ability we all have,
Yet most of us forget to practice it.
Now let's do a little visualization to let our bodies feel awesome.
Imagine that you are floating on a cloud,
Drifting through the blue sky.
The cloud that is carrying you is the only cloud around.
Everywhere else is blue.
This cloud is so high in the sky that you cannot see the ground.
It's almost as if you are surrounded by blue sky,
Floating ever so softly.
Supported by the mist,
This floating sensation begins to affect every part of your body.
A gentle,
Misty relief.
As you float through the sky,
You begin to drift back into your memories.
Visiting those times in your mind where you felt awesome.
What were you doing those times when you felt really great?
What are some things that you did,
Or maybe said,
When you think of those times when you felt awesome?
How did you feel in your body?
Allow yourself to feel this same way right now in your body.
There is a miraculous power within you that created you.
Every cell that grew as you were a child,
Making up for all of your systems of the body.
There was a higher intelligence under all of this,
And it is still there.
You can access this at any time.
For this higher intelligence is you.
It is so natural and normal for you to be happy.
It is so normal for you to feel great,
Is what you're naturally meant to feel.
Now we all know that love is the most fulfilling law of all.
When you apply love,
It seems that everything works out for the best.
We all know that by extending peace and goodwill to others,
We receive peace and goodwill back when there is love present.
There is no evil in your pathway.
Realize now that it is time to let go of those negative beliefs about yourself.
It is time to let go of any way that you say you can't.
From this point forward,
When you catch yourself getting ready to say I can't,
You are going to change that statement.
Instead,
Say that you can.
I can.
If you are able to focus goodwill to all,
Then life would be good for you.
Walk in the goodness that is you inherently.
Man is becoming what he is thinking of all day.
It is the great algorithm of the universe.
It gives you what you give it.
Each and every one of us must become aware of the power of our subconscious and conscious minds.
Learn everything you can about the subconscious.
This is the best way to feel awesome.
The healing power of wonders is within you.
It is time to tune in to this power and use it for the betterment of yourself and the world.
Know that it is your faith that brings it to happen.
I'm not speaking of religious faith,
What do you believe that you can achieve?
Have faith that it will happen and watch as it does.
Thoughts are things.
They take form in your body,
In your mind,
And in your life around you.
You must turn your mind to the force of good and see how it affects your life for the better.
Know that you have an infinite power that is within every single one of us flowing through you right now.
It is healing you.
It is giving you energy.
It is helping you because you are tuning into it.
As you fill your mind with faith and belief,
You are sending signals to your body to make it happen.
Believe it or not,
You are also sending signals to others,
Even great distances away.
Remember that we are all able to access this beautiful,
Awesome state of being.
All it takes is filling your mind with the truths.
Truth is that which is pure.
Truth is that which is honest.
Truth is that which is lovely.
In these moments,
Your body is connecting with your mind in a greater way.
And every moment that passes by when you do this,
You are feeling more balanced.
Perfect harmony is right around the corner.
Just a few minutes more of meditation.
It is your time to say that you are awesome.
I am awesome.
Say it now.
I am awesome.
Go ahead and say it a few more times.

You can bring anything into your life that you wish with the power of your mind.
When you think of good things,
Good things come your way.
It is the universal law.
It is the way to feel awesome.
And if you are struggling to feel awesome,
Know that it just takes practice.
Perhaps you have been thinking negatively for so long that your body is used to this.
Be compassionate.
Take time.
Know that you deserve to feel awesome.
Truly,
Just practice this meditation.
Say to yourself that you are awesome and watch as your life changes before your eyes.
When you freely give love,
You will freely receive love.
Fill your mind with thoughts of joy,
Wholeness,
Happiness.
Know that all the wisdom you ever need is simply locked within your subconscious mind.
And the key to unlocking your subconscious is simply relaxation.
Relaxation is the key.
And the way that you get relaxed is through meditation.
And remember to wish for everyone else what you wish for yourself.
And forgive everybody.
And most of all,
Forgive yourself.
