Notice any slight sensations in the palms,

Now allow this feeling to amplify.
The sensations in your palms are getting stronger and stronger because you are focusing your attention here.
We are made up of vibration and energy.
Allow your energy to travel up the arms now,
All the way to the shoulders,
Relaxing your shoulders,
Up through the neck,
Relaxing the jaw.
Your cheeks relax.
Your forehead melts away any tension.
Allow that same awareness that you had in the palms to rest right at the third eye,
In between the eyebrows.
The third eye is the place of conscious creation,
Your source of creativity.

You are gaining access to the infinite cosmic energy.

It comes down through the top of your head,
Spilling down your body like a fresh waterfall.
This spiritual energy is awakening any systems in the body,
Allowing everything in your body to return to its original and perfect state.
