A meditation created and spoken from a space of light-hearted joy and bliss. This practice invites you to cultivate an embodied experience of love. Beginning with a rhythmic breath practice set to a groovy beat, we'll let the breath dance through us, washing through any tightness or stress that we may be holding onto. Allowing us to arrive deeply into ourselves. We then proceed with a meditation on receiving love, giving love, and giving thanks. Finishing with affirmations to reinforce our known worthiness and setting the intention to choose to act from a place of love as much as possible in our life. The music and spoken word are fully written and played by me (Maisie Rawlinson), coming together to give you a space for simply being. Reconnect daily's are 10-20 minute meditations for you to cultivate and ground into a daily reconnection practice with self.

Hello and welcome to Reconnect Daily.

A space for you to simply be.

A space where you can come back into contact with the centre of your being.

A space where you can just breathe and know who you are.

The intention for today's practice is light-hearted,

Buoyant joy.

We're going to cultivate the embodied sensation of this throughout our practice.

And to begin,

We're going to drop straight into a breath.

So make sure you're comfortable.

No distractions or interruptions.

Close your eyes down and we're going to go straight into a four count.

Every breath is a letting go.

In,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Feeling the body expanding out.

Surrendering,

Letting go.

In,

Creating space.

A lightness.

Delicious,

Warm sensation of being alive.

Today we're back at it.

Just starting again.

If you lose it,

It's okay.

Just putting down your concerns,

Just for a little while.

And entering into a space of restoration.

And rest.

Just letting go of that count and observing your body.

Observe your body from the inside out.

Notice any shifts in your state.

Notice if your body feels different anywhere.

And just then settling into where we are now.

Just allowing yourself to fully arrive into this space.

Being the experiencer of the experience.

For the next part of our practice,

We're going to place ourselves in one of the great cyclical rhythms of life.

And we're going to remember just how much we are a part of that.

So with your inhale through the nose,

I want you to receive love.

With your exhale,

Either through the nose or the mouth,

I want you to give love back.

And then with a comfortable pause at the end of the exhale,

So a hold,

You're going to give thanks.

So nice and easy,

Inhale,

Receiving love.

Feeling it permeate through you.

On the exhale,

You're going to give love back.

And in that little bliss pocket at the end of the exhale,

Where everything is still,

You're going to give thanks.

Inhale,

Receive love.

Let the breath wash through you with that love.

On the exhale,

Give love back with full intention and grace and honor.

And in the pockets of the exhale,

Hold.

Give thanks and mean it.

Just continuing with that.

Inhale,

Receive love.

Exhale,

Give love back.

In the hold,

Give thanks.

Allow yourself to remember,

You are a creation of love.

Love moves through you,

Always.

You always have a choice.

In whether or not you choose to move with that love.

If you choose to be an instrument of love.

I want you to think now about maybe one or two areas of your life where you can move with a little bit more love.

Maybe for yourself.

Maybe for someone close to you,

With someone close to you.

Towards someone close to you.

Maybe you can move with some more love.

Towards Mother Earth.

The plants.

The animals.

The rains,

The winds.

The oceans.

Maybe your intention can just be to move with love.

Or try as best as you can to act from a place of love.

Letting go of that now.

Now,

Coming back to finish today.

We're just going to repeat some affirmations.

You can say these out loud,

Just to yourself in your mind.

Whatever you're comfortable with.

Remembering our intention,

Which was to create an embodied experience of buoyant lightness.

So now,

Repeating after me.

I am.

I am worthy of love.

I deserve to be loved.

I choose to act from a place of love.

Visualizing your inner child sitting in front of you now.

And reminding them,

You are loved.

You are loved,

You are loved,

You are loved,

You are so,

So loved.

Emerging back into your being of right now.

And letting a small smile tug at the end of your lips.

As you allow bliss to become you.

Thank you so much for joining me today.

It is always such a pleasure.

Until the next time.
