Hello and welcome to Reconnect Daily,
A space for you to be in true presence with self,
A time for you to simply be as your body,
To merge back into union with your breath.
Today's intention is peace.
We're going to use a breath technique to act as a gateway through to that peace within us.
So after that practice,
There will be time where we will sit and float along a lazy river,
Simply allowing yourself to be carried by the flow.
Make sure you are comfortable,
Make sure you're somewhere where you won't be interrupted,
And when you're ready,
Just closing your eyes down.
The breath is simple,
It's called a box breath.
Fore in,

Make sure you're taking the breath in through the nose,
And you can release the breath through the mouth or the nose,
It's completely up to you.
Just join in with my count when you're ready,

Letting the breath flow in a natural rhythm.
As you breathe in,
Expanding through the lungs,
The ribs,
The belly,
And then releasing,
Feeling all the tightness and stress leave your body.
Letting peace permeate through every cell,
Visualizing a stream of breath washing through your body and open your heart.
Just visualizing now a pure,
Sunlit,
Drenched river.
Hear the trickle of moving water enter into your atmosphere.
Smell the wet earth around you and float on your back,
Palms open to the sky and allow the current to take you.
Feel the water caress your skin,
Ah,
How it feels to be held like this.
Visualizing now a bird's eye view of you,
Rising up,
Up,
Up,
Watching from the seat of your higher consciousness as you allow yourself to flow through the channels,
Knowing that you can't hurry the river and the river never ends.
Let the river take you.
Let the river hold you.
Mama,
Mama,
Cooling in the spirit of Gaia.
Mama,
Held by the spirit of Mother Earth.
She loves you,
Oh how she loves you.
Staying with that bird's eye view of yourself,
Hearing the bird calls and the great pulsating rhythm of life as you flow down the stream,
As the water glides across the valleys of your skin,
As you feel yourself cleansed within.
Centering back into your body now,
Fully,
Fully inhabiting your vessel and returning to the breath,
Breath awareness.
Listen to your breath.
