Captivated by the mystical beauty of Sedona, Johanna left her long-time job as an educational consultant in NYC in 1992 and camped out in Sedona, AZ, for 14 months. She so enjoyed practicing Yoga on the red rocks that she founded Sedona Spirit Yoga & Vortex Journeys, which has now won Best-of-Sedona Awards for six years, 2019 to 2024. Johanna holds a Ph.D. from New York University and six Yoga and Meditation Diplomas. She has 33 years of Yoga experience. Johanna is also certified as a PSYCH-K Belief Change Facilitator, and a Master Practitioner of both Inner Restoration Yoga Nidra Meditation and Shamanic Energy Medicine. She passionately employs energy and belief shifting practices to empower Body, Mind, and Spirit Healing.
