This meditation is for your child to let go of tension and stress.

Close your eyes and be really quiet.
Just breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Now imagine that you're on a beautiful beach.
It's a really sunny day and you're laying in the sand.
Just feel this warm sand on your body.
On the background you hear the waves of the ocean.
Try to listen with your eyes closed to the waves,
The sound of the waves.
This is such a peaceful place,
It's so warm and cozy.
You feel so comfortable.
And just feel how your body relaxes.
Feel your feet.
Do you feel how relaxed they are?
They're so soft.
Now feel your legs.
First tighten the muscles of your legs and then let go.
This way you can let go of all the tension in your body.
Let's try again.
Go to the area of your stomach and tighten your stomach muscles and then let go.
Let's try this with your back.
Tighten the muscles of your back and then let go and feel how your whole body sinks in the sand.
Tighten your arms as hard as you can and then let go.
Just feel how relaxed your arms are laying there in the sand.
Now make a fist off your hands and then let go.
And slowly you feel how your head is relaxing and your eyes,
Your nose,
Your mouth.
Your whole body is sinking in the sand.
So relaxed.
Just enjoy this moment and enjoy this beautiful beach.
