Welcome to your meditation experience.
A meditation to magnetise the outcomes and desires that you need for your life,
Work or business.
This is part of the Maggi Safford meditation series.
Making sure that you are in a place where you will not be disturbed.
I would like to invite you to settle yourself in a space where you know you will not be disturbed for the duration of this meditation.
And to begin I would like you to start some deep breaths for me.
Now focus on your attention in the centre of your chest,
Your heart centre.
I'd like you to take a deep breath,
Hold and feel the energy going up from your heart centre through your head into the universe and exhale.
Take another deep breath,
Hold and feel the breath going down from your heart centre through to Mother Earth and exhale.
Another deep breath,
Hold and feel the fire in your heart centre going up to Source into the Universal Consciousness,
Coming down to Mother Earth and below into the crystalline grid and exhale.
Now take a couple of deep breaths,
In,
Feel the fire and the love coming through to you from your heart centre and exhale.
And one final breath,
In,
Feel the love and the fire coming from your heart centre and exhale.
And as we carry on with this meditation we're inviting a full heart centred connection to yourself and to do this I'd like you to imagine that right in the centre of your chest there is a double door.
I'd like you to reach out and open this door and as you open this door you can feel a bright white light coming through to you from this door.
I'd like you to inhale this bright white light and as you inhale this bright white light you can feel it from the top of your head all the way down to the soles of your feet and bringing your attention back to the centre of your chest inside this door.
You can now locate a pearl,
A white pearl inside this door.
I'd like you to connect with the pearl and this pearl is your essence.
So as you connect with the pearl,
This pearl is going to send you in six directions of your true self.
So you can feel the pearl going up and up and up through your head into the ethers to connect you with your God and I am presence.
And you can feel the pearl coming back down,
Back to your heart centre and going further down to connect you with the Mother Earth and into the crystalline grid below the Earth.
And you can feel the pearl now coming back up from the crystalline grid back to the Earth,
Up your body and back into your heart centre.
So the pearl goes to the left side of you,
Connecting with your divine feminine self and the feminine aspect of you.
And you can feel the pearl coming back from your left side,
Back to your heart centre and going towards your right side,
Connecting with the divine masculine and the masculine aspect of you.
And now it comes back to your heart centre and finally you can feel the pearl now going from your heart centre,
This time back towards the back of the heart centre and extending backwards,
Connecting you to your past self,
Coming back into your present I am self and going forward into the future to connect with your future self.
And then the pearl finally comes back to rest in the centre of your chest.
And I'd like you to set an intention for your purest upgraded template to activate within you,
Within yourself and within your business or your work or whatever it is that you're dedicating this meditation for.
And so we set the intention for your highest upgraded self and template to be activated for you at this present time and for the highest template of your business,
Your work,
Your career or whatever project you're dedicating this meditation for to be activated to the highest frequency.
And now I'd like you to imagine yourself as a tree,
A big giant oak tree and bringing your attention to the roots of this oak tree.
I'd like you to imagine that you are so fully grounded with everything that you're looking to bring into existence.
All the opportunities that you're currently dreaming of are solidly grounded into the roots of this oak tree,
Which doesn't only go deep into the earth but it also spreads wide to align with you and your commitment to serve not just yourself but those around you and even those that are not around you.
And bringing your attention back to the trunk of this oak tree,
The middle section of the tree,
Feel how solid the trunk of this tree is.
And right in the middle of the forest where this oak tree is,
I want you to feel the elements that happen around this tree,
The winds,
The rain,
The storms and feel the flexibility within the trunk of this tree.
And it's so flexible and yet so strong in such a way that it's able to bend and allow nature and the elements to take its course and still stand tall.
And now bringing your attention to the upper part of the tree where the leaves are,
I want you to see,
Feel,
Imagine,
Think about the unlimited abundance of resources that this leaves provides to the tree itself,
To its environment,
To all the other tree network within this forest.
I want you to imagine this as a representative,
As a symbol of yourself,
Of your work,
Your career,
Your business and the true abundance that stems from within yourself and your commitment to serve yourself and others.
And I would like you to bring your attention back to the centre of your chest.
And I'd like you to picture,
Visualise or think about a state when all the desires that you currently have,
All the ambitions that you currently are in the process of creating have come into fruition,
Have come into existence.
And I'd like you to see who is around you as you see what is happening.
So you are around but who else is around you?
Perhaps it's a team,
Perhaps it's your family,
Perhaps partners,
Perhaps your clients,
Other helpers.
And I'd like you to set an intention to magnetise more and more and more of these people,
Of these opportunities,
Of these circumstances into your life.
And particularly magnetising this through your soul group,
To connecting more and more with the people that are most aligned to you at soul connection and soul group level,
As you create what you're creating together,
For bigger and greater impact and for the highest good of all.
And as you continue to see,
Visualise,
Feel,
Think about this state when everything that you desire has come into fruition,
I want you to take a break and celebrate.
And as you celebrate,
I want you to celebrate in gratitude,
Setting an intention to amplify this and other experiences in your life and in the life of others.
And now bringing your attention back to your heart centre,
I'd like you to take three deep heart fire breaths like we did at the start of this meditation.
So a deep breath in,
Imagine the energy coming from the earth to your heart centre.
Stop and feel the joy,
The love and the fire coming through to you from your heart centre and exhale here.
And a deep breath.
Now this time coming from source,
Your God and I am presence,
Coming back to your heart centre,
Hold,
Feel the joy,
The love,
The excitement,
Exhale and let it go.
And a final breath,
Breathing in from the earth,
All the way up to source and coming back to the heart centre.
Feel the fire,
The love,
The joy.
The unlimited abundance of all that is good in alignment with yourself and exhale it all out.
And now set an intention with deep gratitude to yourself and all others who have been part of this experience with you.
Intending that this is for the highest good of all.
Extending this to your own life,
To your friends,
Your family,
Your loved ones,
Your clients,
Into your neighbourhood,
Into all countries and into the world at large.
And now bringing the meditation to a close,
Let's thank your higher self,
Your I am and God presence,
The divine masculine and the divine feminine,
Past,
The present and the future self and showing gratitude to the mother,
The mother earth and the crystalline grid for accepting and grounding this manifestation into the now and into your real physical presence and experience.
