We spend our days moving through an external world filled equally with the marvelous and the stressful, yet when was the last time you journeyed deeply into your own body and marveled at your own inner world? The answer to this question is nothing but another reason to make the time and create the space here and now to embark on an immersively felt and guided voyage through you.

A voyage through you.

Become comfortable,

Preferably laying down somewhere quiet,

Letting your body move you into place,

Gentle shifts to become ever more comfortable in your space,

Micro-movements to adjust yourself so that you can be here,

Present and still for some time,

Letting your eyes close,

Just being here,

Noticing the surface that you're resting on,

Free from judgment,

Just feeling how you are being held here in space.

And from here,

Your awareness is now invited to move into your body through the bottom of your feet,

As if entering a place,

Gently moving into your feet,

Feeling that space,

A space we spend very little time in,

So take these moments to explore your feet,

The soles of your feet,

Your toes,

Heel,

All the way up to your ankles,

Just feeling this space,

Remaining free from judgment,

Is driven by curiosity,

Sometimes ever so softly,

Other times felt more strongly,

And so here you may now move through your ankles as if drifting through this space,

Into your lower legs,

Precision is not needed,

The importance is in letting this space flow,

In letting yourself be guided within your lower legs,

Once again feeling this space,

Noticing what arises,

Yet remaining free from judging or analyzing it,

And simply feeling even the spaciousness itself,

As if they're ever moving upwards within your body,

Your awareness is now taken gently and carried towards your knees,

Noticing what mental activity may arise here,

Letting it be,

And moving back into feeling the space of your knees,

The front and sides,

Into your upper legs,

An area providing more spaciousness,

More space to now explore by feeling,

No judgment needed,

Simply being in this space with curiosity,

The curiosity to feel,

To experience,

As this area here provides more spaciousness,

You may play around with feeling the shallower sections closer to the skin of your upper legs,

And then moving deep within towards the bone,

Where you perceive your bone to be,

Deep within your upper legs,

Flowing,

Letting your body guide you,

Letting your intuition guide you,

And now beginning to notice the upper section of your upper legs,

Where your legs connect into your hips,

Your pelvis,

And letting ever so gently your awareness move into the pelvis,

Filled with expanse from the front of your pelvis,

To your seat,

Your sit bone,

Your buttocks,

Rising all the way to the very bottom of your lower back,

Allowing yourself to feel this space as expansively as you're guided to,

Letting go of any borders of how far you're permitted to feel,

Letting go of any precision of where the pelvis begins and ends,

And just feeling this region,

Hips,

Buttocks,

Front of pelvis,

Maybe even all the way up to your navel,

And the bottom of your lower back,

Going deep within all these spaces,

To feel,

To experience,

When there is activity from the mind to analyze,

Judge,

Or otherwise provide thought on what you're exploring here,

Just know that your awareness remains within this space,

And these sensations of this space,

Inviting you to feel again,

Moving away from mental activity,

Back into feeling,

Deep inhale into this region you have been present within,

As if to fill it with air,

And as you exhale,

Letting your awareness travel a little upward into your abdomen,

Your belly,

Finding rest within this space as the breath continues naturally,

At its own rhythm,

Noticing how this breathing of yours is moving this space that is your belly,

On the outer rims,

The belly may gently rise,

And then recede,

Yet you are finding yourself within,

Feeling,

Exploring,

Any gentle movement brought on by your breathing within the belly,

Letting your exploration be broad,

All the way to the lower back,

And even the sides,

Allowing your awareness to be conscious of your entire abdomen,

Once again,

Remaining free from any anatomical precision,

Or the need to define borders,

Simply being in this space we call our belly,

Towards the back,

And the sides,

Feeling the space,

As our breath continues to bring in air,

Bring in movement,

Inhale into your belly,

Filling the space,

And as you exhale,

Letting your awareness travel upwards,

Through the region of your solar plexus,

Your diaphragm,

Towards the chest,

Mid back,

To upper back,

A broad region here,

Where you now may rest your awareness,

Region that expands all the way into your arms,

And hands,

And fingers too,

Beautiful broadness,

All for you to feel,

That no particular area of this region needs to be felt a certain way,

And that you may even be intuitively guided to feel this space more than another,

Feeling the chest more prominently than the arms,

Or vice versa,

Feeling the front of your chest with the sternum more than the back,

Whatever it may be,

Give yourself permission to be here,

All while your breath continues to enrich this space now too,

Each inhale,

No matter how subtle,

Bringing in oxygen,

Energy,

And each exhale,

Taking out CO2,

And with this knowledge,

Letting yourself experience this space,

From your chest to your arm,

Your hands,

Fingers,

And all the way,

Remaining free from judgement,

And letting yourself accept that this here is the largest region you're experiencing before moving on,

An experience rather unusual for most of us,

That we feel the chest,

Back,

And arms with its hands and fingers,

Simultaneously,

Rather than one by one,

Just feeling here,

Can you sense the depth here,

Resting into however deep it may be,

Feeling,

Experiencing the depth,

No matter where it may be in this region for you,

Void of judgement,

Just deeply experiencing,

This is you,

An element of you,

And you are simply here to feel,

From within this depth of you,

The upward flow through your body,

Continues,

Enabling you to continue with this voyage,

Now your awareness may rise,

Gently and slowly like a balloon into your throat,

Feeling how the spaciousness shifts noticeably,

Coming from your torso,

Through the throat,

Rising into your head,

Steady and slow,

Anywhere within the space of your skull,

As if finding the best seat in the house,

Intuitively settling in that space that you are brought to,

Even if it is the whole skull as one,

And here as you have now done many times,

Just feeling,

Experiencing the space,

With all that arises,

Even if that is nothingness,

Free from judgement,

Within your skull,

You are,

Present,

Conscious,

Just like that balloon,

Now rising,

Conscious,

The shift in sensations as you are approaching the crown of your head,

Letting yourself,

With every ounce of you,

Every atom of you,

Feel the sensations around the crown of your head,

Embracing these sensations,

In all their purity,

By feeling,

And here I leave you be,

Here at this gateway,

You may choose,

To move out of your body,

Through the crown of your head,

At any time,

Yet know you can rest here,

For as long as you need,

With all there is,

Just being,

Here at the end of your voyage,

Through you,
