What is my sole purpose here?
A friend in the community wrote that they are desperately searching for their purpose.
There were in the same music live session as I.
Where Matt Morissette was playing his amazing music.
And as I read that question,
These were the words,
The following words that flew into my heart.
And I chatted them in the chat and several friends in the chat showed their appreciation so I thought I'd make a track out of it for you to return to.
Dear Friend,
What if your purpose already lives within your dear heart?
Waiting to simply breathe.
What if you are living your purpose simply by being the multifaceted eternally worthy and always enough.
Human being that you inherently are.
And simply experiencing life as it is,
Learning grace.
Self-acceptance.
Self-love along the way.
And that goes for every one of you,
Every one of us.
We are precious human beings.
Precious,
Worthy human beings.
Because we are born.
Because we're born.
We are already enough and worthy for existing.
So please remember you are loved,
Appreciated,
Worthy and already enough exactly as you are in this very moment.
No matter how this moment looks for you.
It is still true.
And we got each other here,
Side by side we journey,
Never alone.
Through this life,
We walk.
If you ever need support,
Reach out to someone.
It helps more than you think to simply share what burdens your heart.
Your words matter.
Your experience and your feelings are valid.
You matter.
And we are many who would graciously hold space and listen to you talk.
It's so human to wonder about the meaning of life,
You know.
And it's so human of us to question our own value and worth and purpose here on Earth.
And sometimes we travel far and look everywhere else for the meaning of it all.
And then all along it was already there at our core in the center of our chest.
Who would have known?
So we are already living our soul purpose simply by being here and experiencing this life exactly as it is,
With its ups and downs.
Learning grace and self-love,
Self-forgiveness.
Oh my,
That's a big one.
Self-forgiveness,
Self-acceptance,
Self-kindness,
Self-gentleness,
Self-love.
Self-grace,
Learning all of these along the way.
And then we can also,
In turn,
Apply all of these beautiful qualities for others,
Show others grace,
Forgiveness.
Trying this.
Sometimes it's easier to offer it for others than ourselves.
That's also something we get to work on.
And we are still worthy and enough while we are doing this work.
This inner work of getting to know ourselves deeper,
Understanding aspects and parts of ourselves,
It's part of the journey if we choose to.
Either way.
The value.
Of the human.
Your worth,
Your enoughness is never at play,
It's always there.
Unquestionable,
Inherent and eternal.
So realizing we are already enough.
And when we choose,
We can at the same time remember.
All these things that we maybe came here with an intention to experience and learn as a soul.
For me one of the things is to find and really practice my inner calm and steadiness even in the midst of crisis.
I've had many of those and I haven't always handled them well and still in each moment I was worthy,
Even though I didn't know it,
I was.
I see that now and sometimes I still forget and that's okay.
We're all human and it's so human to forget.
Like my beautiful friend Bethany used to say,
How human of us.
How human of me.
And she's so wise,
You know.
She always also says and I love this so I'm gonna quote her.
I am embracing all of that this messy beautiful life has to offer.
I am embracing all that this messy beautiful life has to offer.
Allow that to sink in.
I am embracing all and everything that this messy,
Beautiful human life has to offer.
And two.
Quote another friend,
Times may feel heavy.
And it won't always be like that.
Times may feel heavy.
Yes,
That's true.
It is part of life.
And it's not always going to be like that.
Things do change for the better again.
Trust in that.
Reach out for support before you think you need it.
Before you think.
Too much about it.
Reach out for support,
For you are worthy of support.
You are worthy to feel safe and held and heard.
So when it feels like a lot,
Take it day by day.
Take it moment by moment.
Take it step by step,
Dear friend.
Little by little.
And remember,
Know and trust that your purpose is alive inside of you.
It is your very breath of life.
So please take gentle care of yourself and be very merciful and kind no matter what is.
And please remember that you are both fully human and fully divine.
You're fully human and fully divine.
In every moment And I'm so grateful you are here and you are enough exactly as you are in this moment.
Exactly where you are.
Right here,
Right now.
Remember to use your breath as your anchor and feel your feet,
Feel your body supported.
Supported and held by Mother Earth.
And always remember your infinite worth.
You're already living your soul's purpose simply by existing,
Simply by being here.
Simply by being the multifaceted,
Eternally worthy and always enough human being that you inherently already are.
You are worthy and you are enough simply by experiencing life as it is.
And by doing so you are already living your life purpose,
The purpose of us all.
And learn grace along the way.
And discovering.
The facets and layers of who you are.
So,
To quote Matt Morsesex,
Thank you for existing.
You know,
Dear friend,
Right here,
Right now,
There's nothing to do,
Nothing to fix,
Nothing to change.
Nothing to do.
You get to simply be you.
You get to rest.
You get to play.
You get to breathe.
You get to feel cared for.
You get to care for yourself well.
Nourish yourself.
You get to feel safe and feel held and loved.
So please always be kind to yourself,
For you do deserve to be treated well.
By others and by yourself.
Hmm.
Thank you for listening and regardless whether we have known each other for a long time or briefly made acquaintance in the chat of someone else's live session perhaps,
Or if we only met a moment ago,
When you started listening to my voice.
May you receive the following words with Grace and love,
For I want you to know.
You are worthy.
You are enough.
Thank you for existing.
Thank you for living your sole purpose by being here.
Thank you for being.
I love you,
Dear friend.
Thank you,
For you.
