An affirmative guided meditation to call back all of your power, land in your body, release others' energy, be supported by Mother Earth. It is spoken mainly in first person, you can match what I do & allow my words to be your words. The last 3min is embodied presence. We stimulate our vagus nerve (eye yoga and physiological sighs), then finish with intentions. Supportive for everyone, especially if HSP/empath/ neurodivergent. When? I recommend daily, any time. Personally I do this practice often! For example: in the morning, after any intense conversations, or to interrupt pattern of self-judgment or ruminating thoughts, after I get home in the afternoon/evening and at night before sleep. We can best be of service to ourselves and others when we are fully in our body, with integrity, filled with our own energy.
