Welcome dear one.
I offer you guidance for grounding and we can send blessings of gratitude to the Earth together.
Let us meditate.
Exhale,
Allow the shoulders to drop and soften.
Welcome your breath to lengthen,
Deepen and slow down.
While you breathe at this calmer pace.
Wiggle your body,
Settle in.
Orient yourself in the space you have chosen to be in this moment.
Simply look in each direction.
By turning your head.
One side and then the other.
Perhaps up.
And down.
And move your eyes to each side.
This will support the body to feel.
More.
Calm and safe to see that this is my space.
Where I have chosen to sit.
So while you tell yourself this,
Now also allow the gaze to soften.
And you are also always allowed to move your body while we're meditating.
I sometimes like to.

Way gently with my upper body a little bit from side to side.
I feel that this can help.
Regulate my body and my nervous system and also to move the energy through the body.
It gives a sense of flow.
And other times I really like to lean back and fully feel the support from the surface behind and beneath me.
So feel into it what feels right for you today,
In this moment.
Because this can always change from time to time.
And that's okay.
So now,
Let the breath find a comfortable rhythm.
Soft breath.
With an elongated out-breath.
It's great.
And if you find another paste.
Go with that.
Trust your body and trust yourself in this.
Notice the surface beneath you now and feel how it is supporting you in this moment.
The gravity of the Earth embracing you.
Holding you.
Steadying you here.
You are supported.
You are safe here.
You can allow yourself to trust this safety.
So as I said,
You might wanna.

From side to side or wiggle a bit more,
Perhaps roll your shoulders a couple of times to fully arrive here,
Present both in the moment with awareness and also in your body.
You want to embody all of you.
And we do this by feeling into our body,
Feeling the surface beneath us,
Feeling where contacts.
Is.
Or perhaps your hands are on your lap or on your.

.
Legs,
Feel the arm resting against the side of your ribcage.
And if you sit with the legs crossed like I am right now,
Feel into that contact between the wrists,
The ankles,
The legs,
The arms.
Foot against upper leg or against the calf perhaps.
What do you feel?
Where are your feet right now?
Feel into that for a moment.
Do they feel cold or warm?
Or perhaps something in between simply notice.
Simply notice and observe.
Whatever you notice.
Please know that it is.
All.
Well.
All is well in this moment.
This is a moment.
Of restful presence.
A moment for you and for our dear Earth,
Mother Gaia,
To connect.
So we connect within,
With our heart,
With our body,
And with the earth.
And we set this as an intention which will help guide the energy.
As intentions do.
Now I invite you to imagine that you have deep roots from your feet into the nourishing soil.
Healthy,
Steady,
Deep and wide reaching roots like tree roots.
Going down,
Down,
Down into the earth.
These roots are grounding you.
Like tree roots in the ground connecting you with Gaia,
With Earth.
With the nourishment.
And also the exchange of energy.
So feel into this connection.
Now with your intention,
Send her loving blessings.
While inhaling,
Imagining the breath flowing through your heart.
And exhaling out through your feet.
So in through the heart and out through your feet.
With loving blessings for the Earth.
And the beauty is that such blessings will also in return bless you and your body.
Let there be thankfulness,
Gratitude,
Appreciation in your heart.
Allow it to Unfold and breathe.
And perhaps you want to bring your shoulders back a little bit to open your chest to give your heart center that extra space.
And room to breathe.
And as you breathe,
You breathe in ease and joy.
Breathe in joy.
Breathe in harmony into your heart and breathe it out through your feet as loving blessings,
Healing blessings.
Breathe in harmony and imagine how the space in your heart center expands,
Perhaps even beyond your body.
If you want you can add a color to it.
And when you breathe out and breathe it through your feet as blessings.
Perhaps this.
Ball of light around you grows even larger.
So breathe in that harmony.
Love.
Kindness.
And whatever you feel is true in this moment for you.
As blessings you give with your intention.
With each in-breath in,
And each out-breath out.
Everything at your rhythm.
And if you feel that there is heaviness within your heart or something similar like worry or.
.
.
Thorough.
Then you can imagine.
That you gather that in a ball of light.
And hand it over to Mother Earth as a healing blessing.
Through your roots.
And thank her for composting the energy.
And transforming it into nourishment.
For something new and beautiful to grow somewhere else where it is appropriate.
And in exchange,
Imagine yourself receiving.
Fresh life energy through your roots as an energetic exchange with Mother Earth.
Imagine more room expanding around your heart center.
So that you are capable to hold even more within you.
And to experience and feel it all.
As that is one of the beautiful things that we get.
You experience as humans.
All the range of the emotions,
All the feelings.
So simply imagine.
How these blessings are flowing as energy.
Energy that flows with each intentional breath.
Maybe you perceive energy like sensations.
That feels good.
Not everyone will see it like colors.
Some will though.
So maybe you perceive it like a beautiful color.
Or golden light.
Or maybe it's a rainbow bubble.
Or perhaps.
.
.
A sensation.
Or hearing,
Maybe like lovely sound waves.
Or a texture that you can feel.
Maybe it's simply a quiet knowing.
Trust whatever comes up for you.
And imagine that it is flowing from your most grateful open heart.
All the way through you,
Into your feet and out into your roots.
Your deep and steady roots in the nourishing dark soil.
Flowing along those steady healthy roots from you deep into the earth.
And perhaps.

You decide to continue to imagine Connecting your roots with other trees and planets.
Plant's root,
Other trees around the planet that we're living on with.
Different plant roots and tree roots sending them gratitude,
Love and appreciation as well.
Saying hello to the trees in your neighborhood.
Like one of my most trusted mentors once taught me.

Feeling into where are the trees in your neighborhood,
In your surrounding,
And imagining how your roots can say hello to them,
And maybe even extending further with a worldwide network.
Of roots,
Even saying hello to my roots or to the roots of your friends around the world.
We're all connected through Gaia.
Isn't that a lovely,
Amazing thing to lean into?
And we get to trust that.
We get to choose to trust this.
And feel into it.
Expand with this experience Hmm,
So my dear one.
Now taking some delicious deep breaths again.
Failing.
All things.
Inhaling through your nose.
Allowing the ribcage to expand to the sides and the belly to soften.
And then after a slight pause at the top,
Release the breath.
In a long exhale through your nose,
Allow the air to flow.
Mmm.
Another deep breath in.
Holding at the top and breathing out,
Allowing the air to gently flow out.
Resting here for a little while,
Relaxing a while.
Now returning to the natural breath.
Allow your body to find its own rhythm again.
Before we gently begin to come back.
Into the room.
Allow your eyes to stay closed for a little while.
Bring awareness into the space and place.
By first feeling where your body is again.
Where are your hands?
Where are your feet?
Feel the surface that your body is resting upon.
Feel the gravity that is holding you here.
And now slowly start moving your fingers and your toes,
Wiggling.
And then perhaps you want to bring your palms together,
Rubbing your hands together.
And now gently,
Ever so gently,
Blinking your eyes clearer again,
Slowly opening the eyes.
Taking in.
The room around you.
Reorient your gaze with the surrounding by slowly,
Gently moving your eyes in the different directions up and down.
Down to one side and then to the other.
Upper corner,
The other upper corner and down.
Lower corner of your field of vision and then the other corner on the bottom.
So you're making a square with your gaze in the air.
And then drawing that square with your gaze the other way.
Go back along the bottom line up.
And then along the upper line from one side to the other and then down again.
Softly,
Gently fluttering your eyes a couple of times.
Perhaps allow yourself that yawn.
Maybe stretching your arms up in the air,
Perhaps to the sides.
Whatever your body calls you to do.
Trust what feels good in your body.
So,
Easefully bringing some movement into.
Body in ways that feel safe and good to you.
Allow that good yawn to emerge and maybe let us smile naturally broaden on your faith,
Emerge.
And arrive back fully here and now.
To enjoy the rest of your day feeling refreshed,
Revitalized and filled with loving-kindness,
With the earth and with yourself and with your dear heart.
