Chanting the names of God can bring us into deeper union with the One. Yeshua in Hebrew is a verbal derivative from "to rescue", "to deliver”, and is another name for Jesus Christ. This chant of Yeshua repeats 108 times. Feel free to follow along out loud or internally during meditation. A mala or prayer beads can be beneficial but aren’t necessary if they aren’t preferred. This mantra can also be soothing to listen to during sleep.
