Find yourself in a seated and comfortable position.
Feel your butt in the chair,
Your feet on the ground,
And place your palms face up.
Let your shoulders roll down your back and shift your focus to your breath.
Take a deep inhale through your nose,
Hold it at the top,
Inhale a little bit more,
And then exhale like you're blowing out through a straw.
Take another deep inhale in through your nose,
Hold it at the top,
Inhale a little bit more,
And exhale like you're blowing out through a straw.
Continue to breathe.
With each exhale,
Feel your body melting into your area.
Join me on a wave of relaxation,
Releasing the stress from your body.
Inhale in through your nose,
Hold it at the top.
As you exhale,
Let the stress release from the top of your forehead,
Eyes,
Your ears,
Your cheeks,
Your chin,
Your chest,
Your right arm,
Your left arm,
Your belly,
Your glutes,
Your right thigh,
Your left thigh,
Both knees,
Both calves,
Both shins,
Both ankles,
Both feet,
Both toes.
Inhale again,
All the way up to the top of your head,
And deeply exhale,
Releasing any leftover stress.
Feel a wave of relaxation wash over you.
