Welcome to your yoga nidra to manifest the life you desire.
Find yourself in a comfortable position,
Preferably laying down with your palms up.
When you're ready,
Focus your attention on your breath.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
As you exhale,
Letting your shoulders roll down your back.
Inhale.
As you exhale,
Melt into your area.
Inhale.
And exhale,
Further melting right where you are.
Continue breathing and notice how heavy your body is feeling.
From the top of your head,
To your forehead,
To your eyes,
Your nose,
Your cheeks,
Your chin,
Your throat,
Your collarbones,
Your chest,
Your shoulders and arms,
All the way down to your fingers.
Feeling so heavy.
Your belly,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Your shins and your calves,
Your ankles,
Your feet and your toes.
Feeling like you're melting.
Give yourself permission to just be here.

Direct your attention from body part to body part and just notice what you feel.
Starting with your right hand thumb,

Feel yourself inhale through the soles of your feet all the way up to the tippy top of your head.
As you exhale,
Feel a waterfall of relaxation all the way down your body.
Inhale through the soles of your feet all the way to the top of your head.

Inhale through the soles of your feet.
Exhale.
Shift your attention to what you feel grateful for in your life.
This isn't what you should feel grateful for or what you think you're grateful for,
But what you genuinely feel grateful for.
Connect to that feeling of gratitude.
Feel the value that holds in your life.
We're about to send a message to the universe.
Send through abundance and gratitude,
Just like you're currently feeling.
Think of something you deeply desire.
Make sure you are clear and that it's specific with what your desire is.
Be clear on what it is that you want to manifest.
See it.
What does the movie scene look like where this is your reality,
Where you've obtained this desire and it's everything you've wanted.
Notice the smells,
What you see,
What you hear,
Who you're around.
Submerge yourself in that experience.
Once you have the movie scene,
It's time to connect with how wonderful and deeply precious your experience will be when your desire is your reality.
Submerge yourself in your movie scene as if it has already happened.
It's not something you're hoping for.
It's something you've already experienced.
Notice how you'd be thinking and what you'd be feeling.
Connect deeply with the sensations you experience as you create the abundant life you desire.
Breathe in all that goodness.
As you exhale,
Release that image and that experience to the universe,
Knowing and trusting it is on its way to you.
Shift your attention to your right foot.
Feel them in your body.
Your right ankle,
Right calf,
Your right shin,
Your left calf,
Your right knee,
Your left knee,
Your right glute,
And your left glute.
The fingers on your right hand,
The fingers on your left hand,
Your entire right hand,
Your entire left hand,

When you're ready,
Feel a wave of relaxation wash down and out of your body from the top of your head all the way to your feet.
