Welcome to your yoga nidra to manifest the life you desire.

Find yourself in a comfortable position,

Preferably laying down with your palms up.

When you're ready,

Focus your attention on your breath,

Taking deep breaths in through your nose.

And as you exhale,

Letting your shoulders roll down your back.

Inhale,

And as you exhale,

Melt into your area.

Inhale and exhale further melting right where you are.

Continue breathing and notice how heavy your body's feeling.

From the top of your head,

Your forehead,

To your eyes,

Your nose,

Your lips,

Your cheeks,

Your chin,

Your throat,

Your collarbones,

Your chest,

Your shoulders and arms,

All the way down to your fingers feeling so heavy.

Your belly,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

Your shins and your calves,

Your ankles,

Your feet,

And your toes.

Feeling like you're melting.

Give yourself permission to just be here.

We're about to go on a sensory journey.

Direct your attention from body part to body part.

And just notice what you feel.

Starting with your right hand thumb,

Pointer finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger,

Pinky finger,

Between the fingers,

Palm of your hand,

The back of your hand,

Your whole hand,

Your wrist,

Your forearm,

Your elbow,

Your upper arm,

Your shoulder,

Your armpit,

Your chest,

Your right collarbone,

Your left hand thumb,

Pointer finger,

Ring finger,

Pinky finger,

Between the fingers,

Palm of your left hand,

The back of your left hand,

Your whole hand,

Your wrist,

Forearm,

Feel yourself inhale through the soles of your feet,

All the way up to the tippy top of your head.

As you exhale,

Feel a waterfall of relaxation all the way down your body.

Inhale through the soles of your feet,

All the way to the top of your head and feel the waterfall of relaxation down your body.

Inhale from the soles of your feet and exhale like a waterfall from the top of your head.

Shift your attention to what you feel grateful for in your life.

This isn't what you should feel grateful for or what you think you're grateful for,

But what you genuinely feel grateful for.

Connect to that feeling of gratitude.

Feel the value that holds in your life.

We're about to send a message to the universe.

Sent through abundance and gratitude just like you're currently feeling.

Think of something you deeply desire.

Make sure you are clear and that it's specific with what your desire is.

Once you're clear on what it is that you want to manifest,

See it.

What is the movie scene look like where this is your reality,

Where you've obtained this desire and it's everything you've wanted.

Notice the smells,

What you see,

What you hear,

Who you're around,

Submerge yourself in that experience.

Once you have the movie scene,

It's time to connect with how wonderful and deeply precious your experience will be when your desire is your reality.

Submerge yourself in your movie scene as if it has already happened.

It's not something you're hoping for.

It's something you've already experienced.

Notice how you'd be thinking,

What you'd be feeling.

Connect deeply with the sensations you experience as you create as you create the abundant life you desire.

Breathe in all that goodness and as you exhale,

Release that image and that experience to the universe,

Knowing and trusting it is on its way to you.

Shift your attention to your right foot and your left foot and feel them in your body,

Your right ankle and your left ankle,

The right calf,

Your right shin,

Your left calf and your left shin,

Your right knee and your left knee,

Top of your right thigh and the bottom of your right thigh,

Top of your left of your left thigh,

The bottom of your left thigh,

Your right glute and your left glute,

The fingers on your right hand,

The fingers on your left hand,

Your entire right hand,

Your entire left hand,

Your right forearm,

Your left forearm,

Your right elbow,

Your left elbow,

Your right upper arm,

Your left upper arm,

Your right shoulder,

Your left shoulder,

Your right armpit,

Your left armpit,

Your left collarbone,

Your right collarbone,

Your left and your right chest,

Your neck,

Your chin,

Your lips,

Your cheeks,

Your nose,

Your ears,

Your eyes,

Your forehead,

Top of your head and when you're ready,

Feel a wave of relaxation wash down and out of your body from the top of your head all the way to your feet.

When you're ready,

Slowly come back,

The present moment,

The present moment.
