This practice draws our attention to gain great wisdom in our darkest hour. Life is unpredictable. You never know what lies around the corner waiting to test your resolve. Life’s challenges are part of the human condition and yet none are immune from the ravages of existence. Surrender does not mean apathy, in contrast, it means mental and emotional detachment from preferred outcomes. We allow the process of life to unfold through us and trust our needs are fulfilled.

Today I want us to talk about those moment of pain.

In a stability that we all go through.

Because not everything is perfect and calm in this life.

Nothing is permanent.

There is light at the end of the tunnel,

Of course.

But first we must inhabit the darkness with complete faith,

Knowing respite awaits ahead.

The darkness can be terrifying when we are stuck,

Unable to navigate our way ahead.

However,

Unwelcoming our circumstances,

We needn't suffer alone.

It was wisdom Churchill who said,

If you are going through hell,

Keep going.

Many succumb to feeling of depression because they lose sight of a way out.

During uncertain times,

We must take each day as is can.

This practice draws our attention to the present moment.

Since that is all what we have.

We gain great wisdom in our darkness hours.

Have faith,

Nothing lasts forever.

The darkness invite us to practice self compassion and nurture equanimity within ourselves.

To find the light at the end of the tunnel,

We must advance through the darkness,

Knowing our compassionate hope for change lies around the corner.

I invite you not to throw up on your misery.

But embrace it as a doorway to inner transformation.

And remember,

Nothing is permanent.

Everything change all the time.

Thank you for meditating with me.

See you next time.

i thought this was beautiful. your voice so calming. your accent very enchanting. the water sounds melted thoughts away and i relaxed into the present moment. death of a loved one has created a lot of darkness in my heart. this short meditation was a beautiful light shining in even if just for a moment 🙏✨💜
