Release stress in a few minutes.

Welcome to this meditation for liberate your stress.

This will help you release stress at any time of the day.

Begin by finding a comfortable place,

Close your eyes,

Long spine,

Shoulders back and bring your attention to your breath.

Take a deep breath into your nose and exhale to your mouth with a sigh.

Take another deep breath into your nose,

Feel your belly as much as you can and then exhale to your mouth with a sigh.

Let's start to focus in your inhale and exhale.

When you inhale imagine that you are receiving light energy and when you exhale you are sending that energy out.

Inhale I am taking,

Exhale I am giving.

Inhale I am taking,

Exhale I am giving.

Now let's try to breathe as slowly as you can,

Just calm down.

Inhale slowly,

Hold your breath for a moment and then gently exhale.

Inhale slowly,

Hold your breath for a moment and then gently exhale.

Inhale slowly,

Hold your breath and then gently exhale.

Notice the quality of your breath,

It is shallow,

It is deep,

Don't try to change it,

Just be an observer of your body.

When thoughts came to you just let them go,

Watch them go like a claw in the sky,

Bring your attention back to your breath.

Begin now to focus in each exhale.

With each exhale you feel more rooted,

More grounded because Mother Earth is taking away any stress or tension.

Now bring your awareness to your inhale,

Feel a huge inhale land in your spine.

Every inhale give you something that you need,

Chance now.

On the next inhale bring your hands together in front of your heart,

Take a deep breath feeling gratitude for your commitment to this practice and when you are ready open your eyes and forward in Namaste.
