Meditation to start the day with gratitude find a comfortable posture whatever is sitting or lying down relax your shoulders and close your eyes start by inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth now return to your normal breathing I want to ask to start noticing any sensation in our body let's ask how do you feel this morning physically,

Emotionally just take a few minutes to think about it let's start by imagining a radiant light in the chest area imagine the colours,

The vibrations of the light this light begins to expand through your whole body I want us to focus now in our feet feel gratitude for your feet that make you walk that make you move every day now bring gratitude to your legs going up towards your hips,

Towards your stomach and towards your back continue the feelings of gratitude to wear your hands be grateful for everything that your hands make for you every day now go up to your mind,

Be thankful for your thoughts for your ability to think,

For your ideas now inhale and exhale gently think about everything that you are grateful for in your life you can bring a smile to your face and let the feelings continue to expand be thankful for the people who give you love who is by your side be thankful for nature that fills you with life and energy be thankful for the food that keeps you healthy be thankful for your web that allows you to rest and recharge every day now slowly inhale and exhale gently when you are ready slowly open your eyes
