Take a pause. Breathe. Ground yourself. This grounding meditation invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your inner landscape. You’ll be guided to notice and honour the challenges you’ve moved through, the growth you’re carrying, and the unique expression of you that only you bring to the world. With gentle reflective cues and a calm, steady rhythm, this practice helps you return to your body, settle your energy, and feel more centred and present. Perfect for moments when you’re feeling scattered, overwhelmed, or simply needing to come home to yourself. Listen anytime you want to feel anchored, supported, and connected to your own roots. If this resonates, I’d be truly grateful if you could leave a review.

Sweet soul,

Let's take a moment to pause,

To center,

To breathe deeply into all parts of your being and release,

Relax.

Know that in this moment,

You are safe.

And again,

Let's breathe deeply,

Fully into your bones and hold,

Release.

One more time,

A nice deep breath,

Feel it move through your body,

Pause and release.

Let's drop into presence,

Noticing the quality of the air on your skin,

The weight of your body,

Noticing if you can tune into the blood and energy coursing through your vessel,

Your beautiful heart,

The sensation of its beat,

The rhythm that it sounds out throughout your body.

And pause,

Pause to consider how the trees and their roots remain throughout all seasons and storms,

Through rainfall and sunshine and great gusts of wind,

Of movement,

Of change.

Consider how the roots,

If they are vast and strong,

Remain and sustain whatever nature is moving through.

And consider now your own roots,

All of the pieces and parts that make up you,

Your unique story,

Your divine expression on this earth.

Take a moment to consider and bear witness to it all,

The love,

The pain,

The beauty and grief,

The loss,

Regret,

The lessons and growth.

Take a moment to honor the journey that has brought you to this moment,

Suspended in time-space,

To acknowledge what a miracle it is to have weathered so many storms,

To be here,

Breathing,

To be alive.

Give yourself permission to feel whatever it is you need to feel,

The vast colors and textures of feeling that make up your existence.

Remember you are safe in this moment,

In your body.

Allow yourself to simply be with whatever is,

And know that if you are in a storm,

If you are feeling lost or frantic,

That calm,

Clarity,

A sense of peace will so often follow.

We are invited to endure.

Know that whoever you are,

Whatever you've been through,

Whatever you've done or not done,

You are held by a vast symphony so much greater than you,

Than us,

Than our limited perspectives and understanding.

Take a moment to stand or sit or lie in awe of how you have managed to arrive here,

To get here.

Perhaps the journey has been hard.

Honor yourself and the challenges.

And now breathe deeply into your roots,

Your center,

The base that holds you.

Breathing deeply down through your spine into your root,

Notice the release with the out-breath,

The sigh,

The relief,

The pause,

And pause.

Be the witness in the silence,

The stillness.

Remember,

It is okay,

It is welcome to be slow,

To take your sweet time,

Whatever that means.
