Welcome,

Welcome lovely soul.

My name is Lee Anderson and I'm truly honoured to guide you through this light-hearted,

Moon-drenched little adventure we're about to share together.

It's a full moon meditation called Under the Healing Tree and tonight or really where whenever wherever you're listening the full moon is doing her thing again.

She's rising bright,

Round and slightly smug in the sky like she knows she's the main character.

This is a special time.

Nature is alive,

Humming and blooming.

Bees are back to business and the trees are throwing leafy parties.

The flowers are just out here flirting with the sun.

Everything is in motion.

But the full moon,

She brings a kind of stillness,

A grounded pause.

A moment to sip the magic,

To plant your feet and your intentions firmly in the earth.

To remember beauty,

Connection.

We gather here to awaken joy.

Yes but also to anchor it,

To nourish not just ourselves but each other with calm hearts and open minds.

So you don't need to be perfect or polished,

You just need to show up as you are.

Ah the full moon,

So luminous,

So poetic and dramatic and also such a helpful little cosmic spotlight.

When the moon is full she's basically saying hey look at your life,

Look at your choices.

Want to release some of that emotional clutter?

But she says it lovingly of course.

Her gravitational pull doesn't just nudge the ocean,

It tugs on our inner tides too.

Thoughts rise,

Feelings float to the surface.

It's like your soul's inbox gets full and the full moon kindly reminds you to do a little archiving.

And that's why this is the perfect time to meditate.

To gently open the windows of your heart,

Air out the cobwebs and maybe sweep out that weird old story that keeps playing in your head like a badly edited sitcom rerun.

We don't force anything here.

We simply soften.

We breathe.

We say thank you old stuff,

You've taught me plenty.

And then we exhale.

We let it drift away like a leaf in the breeze.

Because in the moonlight with your soul a little lighter you remember.

You are enough.

You are growing and you are deeply undeniably magical even in your pajamas.

So let's begin.

Settle in if you haven't already.

You can be sitting,

Lying down,

Can be leaning dramatically,

Whatever feels good.

If the moon is visible,

Face her like the majestic lunar loving creature you are.

And let your body find a comfortable shape,

Symmetrical if you can,

But if you're flopped over like a sleepy pretzel,

That's okay too.

We don't judge here in Moon Club.

Take a deep breath in and a long slow breath out.

And if that sounded like a sigh from your soul,

You're absolutely doing it right.

Let your eyes close or do that half-closed thing that says I'm chill but alert.

You'll hear sounds.

Life,

Pets,

Random creaks from your house,

All being dramatic.

Let them be.

Let your hearing drift like leaves on the breeze or socks on laundry day.

We're gently turning the volume down on the outside world and turning the volume up on your inner wisdom,

Your intuition,

Your gut sense or weird little hunches.

And we're breathing deeply,

Feeling the air enter through your nose,

Puff up your chest and maybe give your belly a cute little moon bump.

And as you exhale,

Easy like a sigh after finding a forgotten snack in the fridge.

Now in your mind's eye,

Imagine the full moon beaming down on you.

She's soft,

Glowing and giving off wise fairy godmother who sings some things energy.

Let her light wrap around you like your favorite blanket or the best hug you've ever had without the awkward pat on the back.

With every breath in,

Draw in her energy.

Calm,

Clear,

Grounded.

With every breath out,

Let go of anything dusty,

Heavy or you know,

Not this again.

Let that all go and let her light swell gently around your body.

Feel it settling over your skin,

Into your bones and all the way to your heart.

A warm,

Glowing reminder that you're loved,

Supported and slightly sparkly now.

It's moon glitter,

Totally natural.

And let your breath guide you deeper.

Deeper into your imagination where the forest awaits.

A lush,

Ancient,

Magical forest within.

You are barefoot,

Because of course you are.

That's just how we roll in mystical forests.

So feel the soft mossy floor beneath you.

Cool,

Alive,

Slightly ticklish.

The trees sway gently,

Whispering secrets only the wind and weirdly intuitive people can hear.

You and me.

As you walk slowly through the forest,

You feel peaceful,

Present and there's not one single email will find you here.

And there's one tree in particular,

Who calls to you.

Not literally,

Like that'd be weird,

But with a quiet knowing.

You place your hand on its bark.

It's solid and kind.

You breathe together and just like that,

You're tree besties now.

So as you sit with your back against its trunk,

Its strength becomes yours.

Its stillness your sanctuary.

You exhale and the forest exhales with you.

And now imagine becoming the tree.

Just for this bit.

Your feet grow roots into the earth.

Your spine merges with the trunk.

Your arms stretch wide,

Full of leaves and possibility.

And your head reaches for the sky,

Catching starlight and compliments from the moon.

You are strong,

Grounded,

Slightly majestic.

Now look out at your leaves.

Each one represents something you've been carrying.

Maybe a worry,

A grudge or even a silly,

Why did I say that,

Memory from 2006.

No shame,

We've all got them.

So now gently,

With love,

Let those leaves begin to form.

One by one they loosen and float down,

Orange and gold,

Shimmering in the moonlight.

With every breath out another leaf drops.

Your shoulders feel lighter,

Your heart clearer.

Let them go,

Let them rest.

They've served their purpose,

You're done carrying them.

And the earth receives them,

Compost for future growth.

And gently now beginning to return to your body.

Feel your feet,

Your legs,

Your arms.

Feel your beautiful,

Complicated,

Wonderful human self re-emerging.

Place your hands gently over your heart and breathe.

And let gratitude bloom softly in your chest.

Gratitude for what you've released.

Gratitude for the stillness you created.

Gratitude for this wild,

Sacred,

Slightly silly journey you've been on.

Please know this,

You're allowed to change.

You're allowed to shine.

And you're allowed to giggle or cry or scream all through your healing.

Take a final breath in,

A gentle breath out.

Wiggle your toes,

Wiggle your ankles and feet.

Slowly reach and stretch through your legs.

And let that rise up through your body,

Your arms,

All the way out to your fingers with a wriggle of your fingers.

Should feel good,

You've earned it.

So when you're ready you can gently open your eyes.

There's no rush,

You're on moon time now.

Welcome back beautiful being.

Carry this light with you,

Gently,

Playfully,

Truly.

And remember,

You are rooted,

You are radiant and you are deeply,

Wonderfully you.

Namaste.
