Welcome to this yoga nidra for letting your soul write its truth.
Find yourself in a comfortable position,
Laying down on a yoga mat or your bed.
Some place where you will not be disturbed.
And coming in to support your low spine with a pillow underneath your leg,
Pillow underneath your head.
And coming to stillness in the body,
You can place your palms facing up next to your body.
And relaxing through the whole body,
Moving into our practice of yoga nidra where we will be in sleep with trace awareness.
Letting the body move into complete stillness.
Begin to get last wiggles out,
Ditches,
Scratches,
Finding your cozy spot.
Begin to relax the toes into the ground.
Relaxing the leg.
Relaxing the hips.
Relaxing the belly.
Relaxing the upper body.
Relaxing the arms,
The jaw,
And the face.
Begin to notice the sounds around you in the room.
And the sounds close to you.
And the sounds of your heartbeat.
Begin to bring your attention to the center of your mind's eye,
Right between the eyebrows.
And imagining a train moving down through the center of your mind,
Through your throat.
Down through your right shoulder,
All the way to the tip of the right thumb.
The tip of the right pointer finger.
The tip of the right middle finger.

Relaxing the whole body.
Now moving into Mental Narasana.
Inhaling.
Counting backwards at 52.
Inhaling through the left nostril,

Exhaling through the right nostril,

Exhaling out the left nostril,

Exhale out the left nostril,

Continuing at your own pace.
Counting backwards.
It's okay if you lose track.
Begin again.
It's okay if it's not perfect.
Begin again.
Counting backwards.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Stop counting.
Wherever you are is wonderful.
Moving into different sensations.
Feeling the body is heavy.
Feel the legs heavy.
The thighs heavy.
The hips heavy.
The weight of the torso sinking deeper into the earth.
The arms heavy.
The fingers heavy.
Heavy.
Feeling the entire body is heavy.
The weight of the earth melting into it.
Heavy.
Feeling light.
Feeling the arms light.
Light as a feather.
Drifting in the wind.
Feeling the chest light.
The head light.
The hips floating light.
Like your whole body is groaning.
Floating light.
Feeling hot.
Feeling sweat and heat perspire through the senses.
Feeling the whole body warm up from the center of the body.
Feeling heat radiating out.
The belly getting warm.
The heart getting warm.
Sweat perspiring in the joints and the bends and folds.
Feeling heat radiate through your fingers and heat through your toes.
Heat through your face.
Feeling cold.
A shiver coming over your entire body.
A chill running through it.
Cold.
Feeling the contraction in cold.
Releasing the sensation.
Using your mind's eye.
Imagining riding on an elephant.
Laying on its back.
Snuggling in close.
Its trunk reaching up to you.
Imagining yourself floating in a body of water.
Held by the glancing.
No part of you sinking.
All of you held floating in the water.
Imagining a circle of trees around you.
And their leaves blowing in the wind.
Imagining an ocean lapse.
Coming up.
Going back.
Coming up.
Continuing to use your mind's eye.
Imagining yourself now laying in a comfortable bed.
Waking up in your mind's eye as your body rests in the state of yoga nidra.
Sleep with trace awareness as the body lays still.
Imagining your body sitting up in a beautiful bed.
Noticing curtains to your right.
The soft velvet thick curtains have blocked out the morning sun.
And you slowly pull the blinds hearing their clink across the curtain rod.
And then the light shines through awakening every cell of your body.
And there before you are these windows,
French doors,
Two doors right next to each other.
And a handle on the right side.
You slowly turn down the handle and push open the door.
And as you do,
You notice before you a sand,
Morning sun glittering on the top of an ocean.
And you slowly walk out and wade into the water.
And go for a swim.
And as you're swimming,
A dolphin comes clicking by.
Catches you into a delightful play and swims splashing with you.
Nosing you along.
And you can swim and you can play and there's no limits here.
And then suddenly you're on the back of a whale song.
Hearing the songs of generations and generations passed down.
Until you arrive to another island.
You step on the shore.
There's a large rock face in front of you.
This land seems limitless.
You step out onto the shore.
And as you do,
You're greeted by a guide.
A future version of you,
An ancestor,
Just a spirit guide.
And their full presence reaches out and they ask if you'll take their hand.
And you reach for their hand and go frolicking off through the sand.
And around you are giant sea stack rocks and the tide has gone out.
And they ask will you climb this one with me?
And together you're laughing and playing and climbing,
Scaling the rocks.
As you get to this top of this one sea rock,
You begin to sit in the presence of your guide.
They begin to show you the blocks in your body.
These places that have been closed.
And they ask you to write them open.
So you're given a pen and a paper.
And you write down something.
In your mind's eye.
Something you've had to be,
Something you've had to do.
That is not yours.
That you were told to belong to be here.
And as you do,
One of these holes begins to crack open.
And suddenly more comes through until you are no longer just a body.
You're a glowing light.
And light moves through you and out of you.
You become a vessel.
Not just solid,
But glowing in all directions.
And soon one block removes,
Then the next,
And the next,
And the next,
And the next,
And the next.
And you get to more.
And you sit in these last few minutes as you're glowing.
As these blocks get removed.
And you listen to your spirit guide.
You listen about these blocks.
And this light shining through.
And the speaker will resume in eight to ten minutes.
As you go into the waters of yoga nidra with your guide.
And this new light in your dwelling.
Slowly back.
This beautiful body thanking your guide.
Going back down gently from the rock.
Back through the shore,
The soft sand.
There for you on the edge of the shore is a boat waiting for you.
You get on the boat and it begins to propel itself back.
To the home you're in.
And the sun set and the stars have come out.
And soon you're there.
Gently walk off the boat,
Seeing your doors.
Walk back through the doors,
Closing the door.
Closing the curtain.
Coming back into your body.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose.
Soft exhale out.
Begin to notice your toes.
Your fingers.
Notice the weight of your body when you're laying down.
Maybe the back of your head.
Your lower back,
Your pelvis,
Your leg.
Slowly start to awaken your limbs.
And seeing where you're at.
When you're ready,
Roll to your right side.
And then using your top left hand,
Push you up to a seated position.
Just thanking your beautiful body.
All that we're connected to.
The mysteries that are locked in you.
And clearing out.
Namaste.
