Welcome to this quick tuning into yourself.
You can do this anytime in the day,
Anywhere you want,
As often as you like.
So close your eyes if you feel like,
And all you do is acknowledge what is there,
What are the voices,
What are the parts that are present in you right now.
We are all made of parts and that is a normal thing and sometimes they have conflicting interests.
The one part wants to do sports,
The other one wants to rest.
And that is totally fine.
Whatever these parts are,
Like critics,
Managers,
Survivors,
Little childs,
Any of these parts are welcome.
So all you do,
You make an inventory.
You are sitting there and you create and notice these parts around you,
Outside of your body,
Being with you.
You make them visible.
So just give it a bit of space to acknowledge what are these parts,
What are these voices that are there and flesh them out,
Just place them next to you and acknowledge that they are there.
And while you are doing this,
You send them gratitude,
Sincere gratitude for being your parts.
There are no bad parts,
They are trying their best to serve you with everything they do.
Whatever they do,
They are trying their best to support you.
There are no bad parts.
So just tell them and acknowledge that you truly love them,
You value them,
You won't abandon them.
And at the same time,
Right now,
You would like to have a little bit of time for yourself.
Just ask for their permission.
If that is okay,
Just walk away,
Walk along a path for a moment and have some space for yourself.
And as all your parts agree,
And if a part doesn't agree,
Just ask it.
What does it need to let you go?
To show it you'll be back.
So you make yourself on the way.
Just mentally walk away a few meters and every step you take,
You notice you are becoming lighter,
You are becoming more yourself,
You are becoming empty and it's a joyful,
It's an amazing feeling to not being burdened by all these thoughts and parts which are present all day.
And you keep walking away,
Turn around and wave them one last time,
You can see them,
They are all fine and happy,
The place where you left them.
And then you find a comfortable place for yourself,
Where you are by yourself.
It might be a tree or it might be a beach,
Whatever your space of comfort,
Your power place is.
And you place yourself there just by yourself.
And you witness that curiosity,
Courage,
Calmness,
Connection.
It's all there.
It's you.
And you enjoy this joy of feeling the eternal presence of yourself,
This amazing wonder of life.
Besides all stories,
That is you.
That is your true self.
And you know this connection is always there for you.
All you need to do is leave your parts for a moment and connect with your true self.
And you enjoy this.
You can feel the joy,
The warmness,
The ecstasy of life.
You being you,
You being that amazing human being you are.
And in this calm,
Creative state,
There is a lot of clarity.
And in this clarity,
Maybe you get a message.
What's to do when you get back to your parts?
Maybe you get a message,
What to do next?
What's really important in your life out there?
These messages are coming from your true intuition,
From your true self.
It's not a mind thing,
It's a deeper knowing of what is to do.
You can feel it,
Not just think.
And whatever you received here,
Whatever happened,
Maybe consciously,
Unconsciously,
Take that present with you and get back to your parts.
Connect with them again in a way that feels good to you,
In a way of gratitude.
They are all there and they wait for you to manage them,
To lead them,
To make an alliance out of them.
To form a strong team so that you all can go through life strong and guided together.
And after reconnecting with your parts,
You may share the message with them you just received,
If you feel like.
And then with all your parts together,
You agree on making this day an amazing day,
Work together and go out there and enjoy life at its fullest.
