Welcome,
This meditation is an invitation to return to yourself,
To the place within you that is calm,
Clear,
Wise and deeply compassionate.
Find a comfortable position,
Let your hands rest gently,
If it feels right,
Softly close your eyes now.
Take a deep breath through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth.
Again,
Inhale and exhale at your pace.
With every out-breath,
Allow your body to soften just a little bit more,
And more,
And more.
Bring your attention now to your breathing,
You don't need to change it,
Simply let it happen.
As you breathe,
Begin to count silently from 10 to 1.
With each number,
You sink a little deeper into a calm,
Resting state.

Your body grows heavier.
9,
Your face softens.
8,
Your shoulders release.
7,
Your breath becomes steady and slow.
6,
Your thoughts begin to quiet.
5,
You drift further and further in.
4,
Your heart space opens.
3,
Your feeling of safety spreads through you.

You are fully there now.
1,
Arrived.
Notice how your inner space feels now,
Spacious,
Quiet,
Receptive.
In internal family systems,
We speak of the self,
The inner core that does not judge,
Does not rush,
Does not fight.
It understands,
It cares,
It leads.
Now imagine the center of your being,
Maybe in your heart,
A soft,
Warm light.
This light is yourself.
It is not loud,
It simply is.
It carries qualities like calm,
Compassion,
Curiosity,
Clarity,
Courage,
Connection.
You do not need to create these qualities,
You are remembering them.
Notice how this light feels within you.
Maybe now an inner part begins to appear.
A part that worries,
A part that pushes,
That doubts,
That tries to protect you.
There is nothing to analyze here.
Simply notice.
Is a part present?
If so,
Meet it from yourself.
Not as the part,
But as the light that sees it.
Silently say,
I see you.
Thank you for being here.
You are welcome here.
Feel the difference between the part and the space that holds it.
You are not only one part,
You are the awareness that lovingly witnesses it.
Gently,
With curiosity,
You might ask.
What would you like me to understand?
What do you need from me right now?
Without pressure,
Without urgency.
Perhaps this part simply needs acknowledgement.
Perhaps rest.
Perhaps reassurance that it is in order now.
Allow yourself this warm,
Steady light to gently surround it.
Now allow the qualities of yourself to grow stronger.
Compassion,
Even for your restlessness.
Even for you.
Clarity.
You are more than your thoughts.
Courage.
You can feel without being overwhelmed.
Connection of every part that belongs to you.
Imagine your heart space expanding wider and wider.
A safe inner home,
Where all parts are welcome.
And you sit in the center.
Calm,
Grounded,
Present.
Silently repeat,
I am here.
I am enough.
I lead my inner system with love.
Feel these words not just as thoughts,
But as lived experience.
Let the images soften now.
That what remains,
Yourself remains.
Know that you can return here anytime.
With a single breath.
With a conscious pause.
Yourself is not something you must create.
It is what remains.
It is what remains when you stop identifying with every single part.
Take one deep breath in.
And full breath.
Begin to gently moving your fingers,
Maybe your shoulders.
And when you are ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
Carry this scent of presence with you.
You are not your parts.
You are the heart that holds them.
