The session lasts about 9 minutes of voice-guided meditation with a 5hz binaural tone (125-130Hz), followed by 5 minutes of quiet time with music, and concludes with closing words and a gentle chime. To begin, find a comfortable, quiet place where you can sit or lie down safely—away from any distractions or activities that require your attention, like driving or operating machinery. During the meditation, you’ll use deep breathing to activate your parasympathetic nervous system, which will help your body relax. As you focus on replenishing the energy of your heart chakra, you'll feel a gentle boost that moves through your entire body. The background music is designed to help deepen your breathing, while the sound of water enhances the smooth flow of energy. Once the session is complete, take a moment to center yourself, and don’t forget to drink some water to stay hydrated.

Welcome to your daily energy boosting meditation.

This is Jacqueline,

Your guide for the session.

When you are ready,

Find yourself in a comfortable,

Safe and quiet place.

You can sit on a couch,

Lie on a bed,

Or sit inside a parked car.

You can wear comfortable noise cancelling headphones and let's begin.

Now gently close your eyes and shift your awareness to your breath.

Begin to deepen your breathing by extending both the inhale and exhale.

Feel the fresh air effortlessly filling up your lungs.

As you inhale,

Notice your diaphragm gently moving downward.

Softly massage your abdomen and internal organs.

As you exhale,

Relax your shoulders and allow the weight of your body to sink naturally down toward the earth.

Imagine with each deep inhale and exhale,

You are switching off the fight or fly response and begin to relax your sympathetic nervous system.

At the same time,

Activate your parasympathetic nervous system which helps your body relax more easily and allows your energy to begin to flow.

Follow your breathing and feel all your muscles gradually loosening.

Now imagine a big warm hand resting on top of your forehead,

Gently melting away all tension and stress,

Dissolving any anxiety or doubt in your mind.

Start by relaxing your forehead.

Relax your face,

Neck,

Shoulders,

Your arms and fingers.

Relax your chest,

Your stomach,

Your abdomen.

Follow your spine.

Relax your entire back and relax your waist,

Your hips,

Your legs,

Knees,

Calves,

Ankles and toes.

Feel a cool and smooth current flowing through your entire body from the hand.

Very good.

Now shift your focus to the center of your chest,

Near your heart,

Near your heart chakra.

Imagine there is an energy reservoir there or a peaceful body of water.

You may visualize what color the energy in this reservoir is at this moment.

Check in with yourself.

How much energy do you have right now?

From 0 to 100,

How much energy do you feel you have today?

And whatever your current energy level is,

Begin to imagine fresh energy flowing into your reservoir.

Replenish what you need.

Just like filling up a car with fuel or charging a battery,

Visualize your level of energy rising step by step.

As I count from 1 to 10,

You'll feel your body relax more and more and the energy from your heart will flow naturally to wherever it's needed in your body.

Now 1,

Begin to fill.

2,

Filling up.

3,

Let it flow.

4,

Relax deeper.

5,

6,

7,

All the way.

8,

9,

And 10.

Excellent.

Now that your heart's energy has filled your reservoir,

Imagine it flowing brightly and gently spinning.

Visualize this pure,

Fresh energy flowing through your body via your nervous system,

Your vagus nerve,

Your circulatory system.

It's being delivered freely to every corner of your body.

Your brain,

Your eyes,

Your throat,

Your heart,

Your stomach,

Intestine,

And entire digestive system is reaching to your pelvic area,

Filling you up with vitality and peaceful resonance.

I'll now remain silent for a few moments so you can fully enjoy the sensation of this free-flowing energy.

In a little while,

You'll hear a gentle chime that will guide you to the end of the session.

Continue to relax and feel the energy moving freely inside of you.

And when you are ready,

Gently wiggle your fingers,

Your toes.

Use the palms of your hands to massage your eyes and temples.

And with the help of your fingertips,

Massaging your entire head,

Allowing the vibrant energy to accompany you throughout the day.

Now,

Take a nice deep breath in and slowly open your eyes.
