Reiki Meditation For Dream Manifestation

With this Reiki meditation, you will be sent distant Reiki as you learn how to manifest a goal or desire within your dream. This eight minute meditation is all that is needed for you to begin your connection between your spirit and the dream world. This Reiki meditation is to be performed immediately before bedtime so that you will be receptive to the Reiki energy sent and the Universal messages. Music by Teramangala

Hello,

This is Lutanya with I'm Reiki Now.

Thank you so much for joining me in this healing meditation where we're going to use our dreams to help manifest our goals and our desires.

This is something new that you will have to do right before you go to bed.

So make sure that you have already prepared for the night and that you're ready to begin.

Now you can also do this if you want to just sit before you go to bed and do this meditation and then go to sleep.

It's fine.

I myself usually perform this right before I go to sleep.

So let's begin.

I want you to take some deep breaths just to prepare yourself and to relax.

If you can,

Try to inhale for 10 seconds and exhale for 10 seconds at least two to three times.

And as you're doing this inhalation,

Feel your body start to relax.

Feel the shoulders move down,

All the tension floating out.

Feel your arms getting a little wobbly and jiggly as they are removing all the excess tension and stress from your elbows all the way down to your fingers.

Feel your back muscles loosen up.

Feel the tension in your hips and buttocks start to lighten and float away.

And now down to your legs.

Feel your muscles relaxing slowly,

Taking your deep breaths all the way down to your knees and then toes.

Maybe even wiggle them just to get that last bit of tension out.

Continue doing this process until you feel no more stress,

No more strife,

And your body is just completely relaxed.

If you feel your jawline is tense,

Just open and close your mouth until all the tension is released.

I want you also to close your eyes so that you won't be stressing out or feeling any type of intensity in your vision.

I just want you to relax every single part of your body.

By now you should be on a third inhalation or finished.

So let's begin.

I want you to think about your goal and your vision that you want to occur.

Think of it in the way of a question though,

Because what we're going to do and what you're going to do is ask the universe right before you go to bed,

Communicating with your spirit.

You're going to ask the question about how do you achieve your goal?

How do you make it happen?

What are the steps and what part should you do to make things occur?

Now we're going to break that down into the first part of what should I do to make my goal come into this existence from the spiritual realm to this one.

I just want you to focus on that and open up your mind completely to any and all answers and responses.

As you're doing this,

Remember that your goal may or may not be what is in store for you spiritually.

So if you don't see anything,

Don't get scared,

Don't get worried.

You're going to do this more than once because you need to keep practicing and you need to continue so that the response gets deeper and deeper in your dreams.

I want that to be the one thought you get and you have before you go to sleep.

So you continuously are saying this and you're continuously seeing different avenues coming to you.

Now if you're someone who doesn't dream,

Then we have to start from scratch,

Right?

So you're going to have to focus on just asking for the dream and to be able to dream and remember that dream.

But that's a different meditation for another day.

Right now,

This meditation is for those persons who not only dream but remember the dream.

Again,

Focus on the question,

Make it a very simple sentence,

Not too complicated,

And keep asking that question over and over again as you go to sleep.

Don't forget to inhale deeply and continue to keep your body in a relaxed state.

And I want you to know as you're doing this,

I'm also sending you distance Reiki to help you to open up your chakras and to be able to feel the energy moving down as you're drifting off into sleep and as all the answers will start coming to you in your dreams.

Continue doing this each night,

Asking the same question until you receive the answer.

And then once you receive your response,

I want you to go to the next question.

Keep going up in levels.

And if you need to,

Write it down as soon as you wake up so that you don't forget.

I wish you well on this journey of self-reflection and of dream manifestation.
