Hello,
I'm Latanya.
Welcome to this healing Reiki meditation.
While you're going through this visualization,
I'm going to be sending you distance Reiki throughout.
And I want you to be sure,
No matter what,
You allow the healing energy to come through and keep everything open and free.
So,
I want you to sit down or lie down in a comfortable position,
Be sure that you can breathe in deeply and comfortably in whatever position you choose.
I want you to take three cleansing breaths to remove any stagnant air in your body.
I want you to go in through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
Using the stomach,
Not the chest,
And I want you to breathe deep and slow.
So,
Take five seconds both ways at a minimum.
Now,
I want you to visualize all seven chakras opening up.
First,
I want you to start with your root chakra,
Which is located in your pelvis area,
And I just want you to imagine a circle spiraling open,
Or a door opening up,
Or even a flower blossoming.
Go ahead and just open it up nice and slow.
And as you're opening it,
If there is anything you feel that should not be there,
I want you to allow the Reiki energy to just come through and just remove it out and back up into the universe.
Now,
I want you to go up to the sacral chakra,
Which is right above the root chakra and right below the navel area.
I want you to do the same.
Just remove out any negative energy,
Allow the Reiki energy to come through,
And just place it back into the universe.
Now,
Move up again to your solar plexus,
Which is right above the navel and right below the rib cage.
Do the same,
And with each one,
Make sure you take a nice deep breath.
It doesn't have to be the cleansing breath,
But a nice deep breath.
We're removing out all that stagnant air,
Opening up the chakras,
And then moving up to the sacral chakra.
And as you're doing that,
I want you to just move out all that stagnant air,
Opening up the chakras,
And in return,
We're also opening up all our energetic channels.
Now,
Move up to the heart chakra.
Remember,
Just allow the energy to come in,
Open,
Open.
Yes,
Just like that.
Now,
Let's go up to the throat chakra.
Let's do the same.
Now,
Go up to your third eye,
Which is located in the center of your forehead.
Just allow it to open.
Now,
Go up to the crown,
Which is on the top of your head.
Allow it to open.
Now,
Take one deep cleansing breath as all the seven chakras are open.
Take your time.
Remember,
Five seconds in and five seconds out.
Now,
What you're going to do is allow the reiki energy to enter all seven chakras at one time.
I want you to allow any visualization,
Any thought,
Any feeling or emotion to just come to the forefront.
If any of them are negative,
They don't serve your higher purpose,
Release them.
Don't hold on.
Just feel the energy moving in each chakra,
Clearing the path,
Removing the blockage,
Giving you peace,
Tranquility.
If a memory is too painful,
If a situation brings pain,
Let it come up.
Let it come out.
Don't hold it.
Don't push it back down.
Bring it up.
And allow the reiki to take it,
Take it back out into the universe.
Thank you.
Don't forget to take cleansing breaths whenever you feel the need.
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
Using the stomach,
Not the chest.

That's it.
Allow the energy to move through the body,
Through the chakras,
Clearing each one.
Keep them open.
Even if it's just one you're focusing on,
That's fine.
This is all about helping you in cleansing,
Moving you towards your authentic self.
If you begin to feel a tingling or a little pain somewhere,
It's just a reiki.
We're moving that blockage and clearing things out.
Just concentrate,
But relax.
Now I want you to take cleansing breath.
Remember,
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
Using the stomach,
Not the chest.
Five seconds both ways.
In,
Out.
Now I want you to start closing your chakras.
This time we're starting at the crown.
Just imagine the crown closing,
Closing,
Closed.
Now let's go to the third eye.
Closing,
Closing,
Closed.
Your throat chakra,
Closing,
Closing,
Closed.
And your heart chakra,
Closing,
Closing,
Closed.
Now the solar plexus,
Closing,
Closing,
Closed.
Now the sacral,
Closing,
Closing,
Closed.
And now finally the root chakra,
Closing,
Closing,
Closed.
Take three cleansing breaths.
One,
Take another one.
Two.
Last one.
Three.
Very good.
Now I want you to just lie back in this position or sit how you are,
Just a little longer,
And just allow yourself to be in this moment.
Just be still in this moment with no worries and just relax.
And when you feel ready,
If you're doing this meditation at night,
Just go to sleep.
And if you're doing it early in the morning or throughout the day,
Then continue your activities.
Drink plenty of water and be at peace.
