This Reiki Meditation helps a person relax and release any challenges of the day so that a restful sleep may take place. As the body becomes more connected with the Universe and its surroundings, the energy helps you to move into a healing state wherein you may calm your mind and sleep healthier and better.

Hello,

This is Latanya here with I'm Reiki Now.

Thank you for joining me.

I'm about to send you Distance Reiki while you go through a brief visualization that will help you relax and drift off into a deep healing sleep.

So as you're lying in bed,

I want you to go ahead and start taking a few cleansing breaths.

Let's go into the nose,

Five seconds.

Out through the mouth.

Again,

Go into the nose.

Make sure you're using your stomach,

Not your chest.

Out through the mouth.

One more into the nose.

And out through the mouth.

Now I want you to visualize the chakras on your body.

We have seven major chakras going all the way out through the crown down to the pelvis area,

Which is your root chakra.

So if you feel any of those seven chakras,

Whether it be the crown,

The third eye,

Which is sitting on the forehead,

Your throat chakra,

Your heart chakra,

Your solar plexus,

Which is right below the rib cage,

Or your sacral chakra,

Which is below the navel,

Or the root chakra,

Which is in the pelvis area.

If you feel any of those chakras are open,

Just close them and allow your spirit to guide you.

And as you close them,

If there's anything that you feel is inside any of those chakras from today,

Then just move it out if it does not serve your higher purpose.

And if it does,

If it's something good,

Allow it to remain and just flourish within your body all the way down to the cellular level.

Let it integrate and become a part of you.

And if you need a visualization to help you move out anything that's negative,

Just imagine the situation and allow it to be placed in an orb and just moved out.

And as you do that,

Make sure you take a cleansing breath with each negative event for that day,

Just one cleansing breath and move it out.

And as you're doing this,

The energy is moving around you,

Going from each and every single chakra,

Allow it to cleanse and to heal.

Feel your body relaxing as your breaths become deeper,

Maybe even slower.

And as you're doing this,

The energy is moving around you,

Going from each and every chakra,

Allowing it to cleanse and to heal.

Now,

If you finish with that,

I want you to feel the energy enter through the crown,

Moving all the way down to the third eye,

Throat,

Heart,

Until it reaches the root chakra.

And as it moves through,

Feel your body becoming more and more relaxed,

Loosening up.

Feel it becoming one with the universe.

Feel the energy permeating throughout.

Allow your hands,

Your wrists to relax,

Your ankles,

Feet to relax.

Feel the energy just flow through each and every single part of you,

Every organ,

Every blood vessel.

Feel your body become ethereal and one with its surroundings.

Take a nice,

Deep cleansing breath.

Picture one thing,

Just one beautiful thing that makes you happy,

Makes you smile,

Makes you feel at peace.

And I want you to keep that image in your head.

Don't allow it to leave your mind.

Don't fear away.

Stay with that image.

Take deep breaths.

Keep that image in mind.

Just slowly,

Slowly allow the energy to settle around you as you move into a nice,

Deep,

Healing sleep with that image of goodness,

Happiness,

And peace.

Keep that image going as I wish you good night.

Sleep well.
