Welcome to this meditation for healing and restoration as we go inside a healer's temple.
The healer's temple is a metaphysical OR,
An operating room for transformation,
Healing the mind's fear,
And working towards ego evaporation,
Allowing your soul to guide you as you release auric energy and become one with Source and All.
Let's begin by taking a nice,
Deep inhale,
Holding it at the top,
And releasing.
We will inhale for four,
Hold four,
And release five.
Again,
Inhale for four,
Hold,
Release five.
And this time on your own,
As we inhale.
Begin to relax the body as we go inside the healer's temple,
A space to shed the ego and connect to spirit and soul.
Using guides and angels,
You will be guided during this journey,
So I want you to know you are safe here,
Protected with love.
There is only one place where you can have this type of experience,
And this is through the mind,
Asking to be guided inside your mind.
Allow yourself to be free,
Free of doubt,
Fear,
Insecurity.
Here we are mindfully aware that we are no longer separate,
We are a piece of divine source.
If you haven't already,
Begin to close your eyes.
When we shut down the physical eyes,
We open up the mind's eye,
The truth seeker,
And the truth seer.
With your mind's eye,
Begin to imagine a big,
Giant room,
A theater of the mind,
With tools and resources all along the walls.
Here you are able to feel the presence of your guide as they come with you on this inner journey,
Helping you to escape fear and leaving ego at the door.
As you step inside and the doors close behind you,
You can sense that the ego is angry.
It wants to come along because it knows as long as you leave it outside the door,
You are able to release much of its fear,
Much of its doubt,
Much of its insecurity and fear,
And much of the emotions you hold inside your body.
If you let ego in,
It can't play its role and serve its purpose to interrupt love's voice.
Love is reason,
It is logic,
It is truth.
So here and now,
You have to choose whether or not to let ego inside.
Are you willing to be guided by the spirit,
By the all that is?
That is the journey we are going to take here,
To listen to all or to live in fear.
So let us ask to evaluate our truth.
Am I ready for this healing?
Am I ready for this healing?
When you can speak the words,
I am,
You are speaking as source,
And for those who may not be ready,
You can gently step away and return again when you are.
And for those who have continued on,
Who spoke the words,
I am,
Understand when you say I am,
You are connecting to the infinite all mind,
The source of all being.
So let's get started as we roll ourselves in fully and completely through this door,
As if being guided to a procedure,
Laying comfortably on a table or gurney.
No longer ego and soul,
But simply spirit and one,
A body of energy able to be worked upon in love.
This,
Our healer's temple,
The access point to undoing and shedding ego,
A place of peace,
Surrender,
Light,
And faith.
As we connect our mind to our body,
Begin by relaxing every muscle,
Every cell,
Allowing yourself to deepen your connection back to all,
Letting in the light more and more as we discover our divine self.
Let yourself be bathed in this light.
Let it overcome you.
Let it sweep you from the bottom of your feet,
Through your legs,
Up into your hips and spine,
Imagining this light coursing through the body,
Into your shoulders,
Through your hands and arms,
As it reaches your face,
A gentle kiss as it centers the mind and brain.
The mind is settling,
And now it's ready to proceed.
Announce that you are ready and willing with a deep,
Cleansing breath.
Now you are ready to go deeper,
To find the healed self,
The one who is all.
I give myself over to all as I release what is no longer needed.
I give myself over to all as I release what is no longer needed.
My energy body is cleared,
And I am free.
My energy body is cleared,
And I am free.
With every inhale and exhale,
We begin to step through the mirror of self,
The mirror that sees you as a physical being gets left behind.
And now you are in the space of no skin,
No hair,
No nails,
No feet,
No lung,
No tongue.
Just simply aware,
I am.
Release all that holds you in fear.
Release what is causing stress.
Release what is untrue.
You don't need to cope with illness.
You need to become one with the source of all healing.
Let it wash over you.
The idea that love is who you are,
That you are one.
And in the space behind the mirror of self,
We accept who we are without physicality.
We find the love,
The love of all.
Yes,
There are parts of the physical experience where the body may ache,
There is pain,
But we can go inside this healer's temple,
Behind the mirror of self,
And find our source where light exists.
Imagine there is a bucket beside you,
And you can scoop it up and fill it with light,
Fill it with love,
And return it back to you.
As you lay the body on the table,
Imagine it being tossed over you,
This bucket of sleep,
This bucket of light flushing away all fear,
All doubt,
All frequencies of earth.
And as you do that,
The body dissipates,
And now you are left alone with the self to decide who you are.
To see your true self,
Not the one you present in physical form,
But the one who is all,
The one who is light,
And the one who is love.
Now being washed away by this light,
Come back to the mirror of self,
Self-doubt,
Self-criticism,
Self-preservation,
And discover self-compassion,
Self-love,
Self-acceptance.
I am who I am,
And I choose to see myself as love.
I am who I am,
And I choose to see myself as love.
Let those words wash over you in the same way that the light did.
And right now you are being asked to accept a guide is with you,
Beside you holding space.
In their arms is the cloak of awareness,
A shadow of the old self,
Who you were before washing away the fear.
Will you wear the cloak again,
Or come back and begin anew,
A new pair of eyes,
A fresh perspective,
The one who knows who they are?
Your guide awaits the decision you make.
Take a moment to release whatever is coming up on this day in this meditation.
Come back any time when you feel you are ready to release more,
Ready to move beyond the old self and become anew.
When you find you are ready,
The guide takes the cloak and hands you a metaphysical arm to begin ascending to another level of awareness.
Consciousness awakens further,
And the cloak falls back to our old self.
Through the mirror it returns.
Our physical self stirring outside the door.
Our ego ignites here,
Working harder for the attention to distract and disarm love.
It wants you staying in fear.
It knows when love is top of mind,
It will sit at the bottom,
In its own despair,
Waiting to be heard from again and again.
But you who are all inside this healer's temple are no longer denying ourself as ego,
But affirming love,
Knowing we must coexist together as one,
Knowing when ego is offering fear that we must choose love instead.
Your guide is here reminding you the soul is truth,
And the body is just a vessel for fear.
Therefore,
The role it plays is to showcase where you are being and feeling fear.
As we ascend further,
Our consciousness knows where fear is being held.
It looks to be overcome and moved beyond.
First,
Recognizing what each pain or pang represents,
Whether it's chronic or acute,
You'll be able to know what is the root,
What fear am I holding on to,
Who,
What,
Or when.
With your guide watching you in spirit,
Hold space with love to see what is needing healed.
Name the body part or sensation in mind.
Start with the words,
I am looking to heal.
Show me what I need to overcome.
I am looking to heal.
Show me what I need to overcome.
Now let the body light up,
The one you are in now.
In mind's eye,
Inside the temple are the tools to access your body's energy system,
A tune up of the mind,
Tuning forks,
Dousing rods,
Cords,
And scissors,
Anything to help release and let go.
What calls to you,
Pick it up and return to the table or gurney you laid upon.
Let your guide mask and support you with the tool.
Using energy and sound,
The guide sings and slides the tool over the energy body,
Releasing.
Take a minute here to allow the guide to walk you through with love,
To help you to release.
Imagine this energy,
Like the cloak that returned to earth the old self,
It just evaporates.
It's power overcome with love.
See everything healing,
Head to toe.
Sound and light absorbing as you turn over old into new.
New thoughts,
New beliefs,
No fear,
No doubt,
All love.
Just know that everything you overturned here may return in mind.
As ego watches you inside,
Awaiting your return,
It's waiting to remind you of fear.
But now you know where to go when fear is back,
Inside the healer's temple.
Again,
You can return through the mirror of self to the healer's temple as guides and love awaits you to bring you further back to higher truth.
You are one who is all.
No ego,
Just soul.
As you replace fear with love,
You become more of who you are and less ego is there alongside you.
Knowing this,
Let's return one more time using our tools.
Let our guide mask and support you with sound and light,
Sliding the tools over the energy body,
Releasing,
Clearing,
And letting go.
And now it is time to return to physicality.
A guide bids you adieu as you go back to the mirror of self,
Stepping through to your experience as a physical being,
But taking with you a bucket filled with light to pour on you as you return,
Reminding yourself this is only a step away.
It's through the looking glass.
One side love,
The other side love's fear.
Over and over you can return,
One foot in and one foot out.
Knowing love awaits a mindful choice begins to undo ego's grip as you understand that remaining in body and returning to love is just a choice away to show love,
To feel love,
To give love,
So ego can be uprooted,
Overcome,
And understood as soul.
Remaining with love isn't always the journey of earth.
It is to have contrast.
And this is the key to understanding a slow expansion heeds better results to ascending,
Accepting what is and slowly gliding into love,
Step by step,
Moment by moment.
We await your return anytime to our healer's temple.
Make time to be and do and enjoy the ride of physical life.
Accept that the ride of physicality is what keeps you here on planet earth.
It leads you and guides you into expansion,
But you control its switch.
