We are going to be doing a mindful meditation mixture of just guided relaxation for you to listen to if you want a moment to just calm down or as it is ASMR style with the soft spoken tone you can of course also use this to sleep and so make sure you are comfortable to begin with.
I created a video in this style for my patreon the other day and my patrons really enjoyed it had some great messages and comments so I decided that I would create a similar bit of guided meditation for my YouTube account as well but if you are interested in more exclusive videos then my patreon is always linked in the description but let's begin.
First of all as I said make sure that you are comfortable if you are laying down make sure you have something warm like a cover or blanket and if you are just having a sit down and a moment to relax then just make sure you are in a place that you will not be disturbed and to begin with just take some deep breaths and I'm not going to count for you or tell you when to start and stop but just in yourself notice your breath and for a moment just put all your awareness towards breathing emptying your mind of thoughts and just breathing focusing on that breath as you breathe in imagine that you are bringing relaxation in through your nose through your lungs and as you breathe out imagine you are gathering the stress and tension from every single part of your body and as you breathe out you are pushing it away blowing it from your mouth releasing this tension releasing this stress so breathing in relaxation and breathing out tension and stress be aware of how your body feels any particular areas that you can feel the tension or you feel as though you are holding stress bring your breath to those areas by focusing and in your mind you can see these moments and these areas shifting and as you exhale these areas are becoming loose this tension is leaving you this stress is fading away as you relax deeper you focus on the breathing and your awareness goes to your body and how you feel but do not judge the feeling of your body do not add any story to why you feel this way just notice how you feel you are in the present moment you should have no worries of the future no anxiety just this moment for yourself to be calm to be calming down for the next few moments as you are taking this time to slow down every time you hear the hand movement sound I want this sound to trigger in your subconscious to allow you to relax even deeper every time you hear this sound your body will become more and more relaxed for the moment bring your attention back to your breathing and if you are in a place that you can relax fully then you can close your eyes you can close your eyes and begin to focus on the movement the movement in your chest and in your stomach as the air flows in through your nose and out through your mouth in this moment you are becoming more calm you are reaching a deeper state of relaxation and you are letting go of any stress or any tension blowing these feelings away with every exhale allowing yourself to be present and comfortable to that deeper state of relaxation and with your next inhale imagine you are sinking softly into the surface below you your aches and pains are drifting away as your body moves into this surface leaving you completely relaxed completely comfortable and calm in this moment you feel yourself sinking deeper almost as though you are floating you are holding no tension your body is completely relaxed and the surface below you is holding every muscle for you and you are calm and in this present moment you
