Today’s practice is a peaceful positive affirmation and reassurance meditation for sleep, including slow soft speaking for stress relief and anxiety. Repeating positivity such as everything is okay, it’s okay and you will get through this. Feel relaxed and fall into deep sleep with the soft-spoken tone and calming music. We recommend using headphones when listening to these tracks.

Hey,

I wanted to create this little soft spoken reassurance video for you to listen to before bed and to help you to enjoy a deep sleep.

It doesn't matter who we are in our day to day lives.

It doesn't matter how busy or hard working,

How strong we are every day.

We all have moments where we begin to doubt ourselves.

Moments that can make us feel stressed and anxious.

In these moments it can help to have someone remind us that everything will be okay.

We often push our own feelings aside,

Pushing our emotions down until they are locked away deep inside of us.

But really what happens when that locked box of all of our emotions starts to crack open?

Those emotions that we have locked away can start to slip out occasionally even in inappropriate moments.

We can end up having outbursts such as crying whilst you're at work or maybe shouting at a loved one because we have so many emotions that need to be released and yet we have been holding onto them.

So this is your moment right now to let go of those emotions.

You can take this time to allow these feelings to be free and allow yourself to let go and be relaxed.

So we will begin and I want you to close your eyes and take a deep breath.

Start to notice how your body is feeling as you continue to breathe deeply throughout this video.

Notice your muscles beginning to unwind with every deep breath.

Notice how calm you begin to feel as you listen to my voice and just focus on your breathing.

As you start to pay attention to each part of your body you'll start to notice that your emotional pain can also cause physical pain such as back aches,

Pressure in our spine,

Head pain.

You may notice a strange pain in your wrists or in your throat when you are feeling sad which is completely normal to feel these types of pain when we are holding onto our emotions.

Although it may seem like a comfortable thing to do at the time,

Almost like the easy way of pushing your emotions aside rather than dealing with them,

This is the opportunity to just allow yourself to breathe and let them be released.

So we will take this time to change these emotions from being negative to feeling positive.

It's important that you know that everything will be okay.

It's important that you know that you can get through anything that comes your way.

Everything will be okay and you can get through anything that comes your way.

Affirmations are a great way to overcome any self-sabotaging and negative thoughts that you may have.

These positive affirmations can reprogram your mind to allow you to attract the happiness and the love that you desire in your life.

These positive affirmations will allow you to open your mind to happiness whilst you let go of the stress and anxiety from everyday life.

By repeating positive statements to yourself,

You can change your perspective of life.

So right now,

I want you to repeat,

It's okay to yourself five times.

Repeat it's okay slowly whilst breathing in deeply and breathing out.

As you repeat it's okay,

Allow the words to sink into your mind.

It's okay.

Take a deep breath.

Take a deep breath and when you exhale,

Imagine all of the stress leaving your body.

Now repeat to yourself,

I can get through anything that comes my way.

I can get through anything that comes my way.

Allow every word to sink in to your mind.

Okay.

Now we are going to repeat,

Everything is okay.

Five times again.

Notice the way your body changes as the stress begins to leave you.

As you slowly repeat,

Everything is okay.

Everything is okay.

You're okay.

Everything is okay.

Let the words sink into your body.

Let any pain leave you.

Notice the muscles in your body releasing any pressure.

Notice how calm you feel in this moment and bring your thoughts back to the very simple words of it's okay.

It's okay.

Everything is okay.

Everything is okay.

Anytime that your mind wanders to something that is negative,

Just repeat to yourself slowly.

It's okay.

Everything is okay.

Everything is okay.

Carry on with this feeling of positivity as you relax your entire body,

Ready for a happy and deep sleep.

Allow yourself to full asleep knowing that everything is okay.

It's okay.

You can sleep feeling this happy and relaxed feeling,

Letting go of any stress,

Fully relaxed and knowing that everything is okay.

It's okay.
