Welcome to this soft spoken guided sleep meditation.
This sleep meditation will help you to fully relax and drift into a peaceful sleep.
First of all,
You need to get ready for bed,
So make sure that you have done everything that you need to do.
You can lay down and rest your head with a warm quilt or a blanket and a soft pillow.
Get into a comfortable position and just let your body begin to sink into the surface below you.
Feeling relaxed.
Letting go of any pressure in your body.
As you are laying down,
Your muscles are releasing tension and you are beginning to feel more and more relaxed in this comfortable position.
Now that you are ready,
Feeling comfortable and cosy in bed,
I want you to take five deep relaxing breaths and with each exhale,
I want you to notice how relaxed your body is becoming.
So I will give you a moment now to take five relaxing deep breaths.

I want you to transport your mind to an amazing place.
You are transporting your mind to a place that is wonderful,
Warm and completely peaceful.
This is a place that you absolutely love.
It's a place that makes you feel so happy and so safe.
And as I speak of this place,

Whether it's a family members house or a holiday destination that you have been to,
Or even your own bed,
Whatever the place is where you feel happy,
Safe,
Warm and at peace.
Imagine you are there right now,
In this beautiful,
Happy place.
You are there and you are looking around at everything that is in that place.
What can you see?
What is there?
Have a look.
Notice the feeling within your body in this happy place.
You feel completely calm and full of joy,
So much happiness and joy.
This is a feeling that you love.
This is a feeling that makes you feel truly happy.
Enjoy this feeling as you take another 5 deep breaths and becoming more and more relaxed with each breath.
It's a feeling that now's a chance to call someone that you love back.
This place is full of so much happiness.
You have no worries here,

You can rest your head here knowing that everything will be okay.
