Here today to guide you on your meditation,
Your compass to guide you home.
Finding yourself in the most comfortable position that you can find,
Wherever you are,
Feeling yourself in the space that you're in and allowing your body to be supported by whatever is holding you right now.
Remembering that if you need to at any time,
Moving the body,
Remembering too that when thoughts come through that this just means that we are alive and we are human.
Allowing them to come through and be the observer,
Be the witness,
Be the seer of your thoughts without judgment.
And if you decide or if you begin to judge that you are judging,
Allow yourself to let that go.
Taking a moment to take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath into the body and feel the track of that breath.
This absolute miracle that we are given every single day,
This gift that we can return to at any time,
That is available for us at all times.
Breathe in that breath of life and release with a sigh.
And again,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and release.
Visualizing yourself now in a tiny wooden boat.
This boat is just big enough for you because this is your journey,
Your compass.
Inside your boat,
You feel the waves underneath and you allow them to gently,
Slowly take you out to sea.
Not too far,
Not too far from the shore.
And as you slowly make your way out,
Feel the water underneath the boat.
You feel the gentle movement and the rocking.
You even feel the water coming up into the boat,
Just a tiny amount of water just splashing on your face.
You hear the birds singing in the background,
Allowing all of nature to be with you here in this present moment.
Here,
Now,
This moment.
Presence is such a gift,
Another gift that we are given that we often forget and we often move into other spaces.
But let's be present right now here.
As you're here with you and only you,
You feel this warmth of the sun above you,
Right above where your boat has landed in the sea.
And this beautiful sun,
This golden light travels down,
Down,
And this light enters in through the very center of your chest into your heart and exploding out.
And every time you take a breath,
You feel this breath,
You feel this light traveling through your body.
Take a deep breath in and feel this golden light traveling to your right shoulder,
Working its way down through the top of the arm,
Down through the elbow,
Down through the forearm,
Through the wrist,
Into the palm of the hand,
The thumb,
Each of your four fingers.
Take a breath and feel this golden light traveling through to your left shoulder and gently moving down through the top of the arm,
Through the elbow and forearm,
Into the wrist and the palm of the hand,
Into the left thumb and all four remaining fingers.
Take a breath and feel this golden light,
This light of expansion traveling down through the torso and all the way down to your right hip,
Allowing it to work its way down through the top of the thigh,
Down through the knee.
If this light needs to stop anywhere,
If your body is asking,
Is saying,
Please allow this light of healing to just stay in this one area,
Allow it to do so.
Allow this light to work,
To be with you,
To free anything that needs to be freed,
To let go of anything that is no longer serving you.
This light is traveling down through the right shin and the calf,
Down through to the foot and into each of your toes.
Take a deep breath,
This golden light traveling down through to the left hip,
Working its way down through the top of the leg,
Down through to the knee,
The shin and the calf,
All the way down through to the foot,
Pass through the ankle and into each toe.
On your next breath,
As you breathe in,
Feel your heart exploding and feel this light entering in and coming up,
Passed through your neck and into your head,
Working its way round from your chin,
Circling away through to the back of the head,
Pass through the lips,
To the back of the head,
Down through the ears,
The nose,
Circling its way round through to the temples and the eyes,
Forehead and the very top of the head,
Allowing the cheeks to draw down,
Allowing the teeth to unclench and the brow to unfurrow,
From the very tip of your head,
To the tips of your fingers,
To the tips of your toes.
Golden light,
This golden light is of love,
Of healing,
Of expansion,
Of forgiveness.
Allow this light through every part of your being,
Through every cell that's exploding with light,
With infinite possibilities,
Through to your DNA.
Here you are,
This is you,
You are home.
Take a breath in and feel this moment,
Just allow yourself to be here,
Allow yourself to let go of anything that is not serving you.
Notice if your body is asking you for anything,
Without getting involved in any story.
Listen,
Listen to your heart,
Listen to your home,
You are here.
Now that you have found,
Now that you are home,
Now that you know your heart,
It is time to return to the shore,
Gently,
Gently being guided by the boat,
Gently being guided by you,
By your heart.
You are always navigating,
Taking the time to get quiet,
To listen to you.
When you're ready,
Gently guiding yourself back to the space that you're in,
Feeling your body in the space that you're in,
Perhaps wiggling through fingers or toes,
Perhaps moving the head and the neck.
And before we completely come out of this meditation,
Let's just take a moment,
A moment of gratitude,
Thanking your body for allowing you to take this journey.
And I thank you from the bottom of my heart for this journey.
