Louise Ernst

Louise has been meditating for the last 20 years on and off. The last 1,5 year on a daily basis and she also took the 200H yoga teacher training, a 65H yin yoga instructor and a 25H children's yoga teacher training and a 300H yoga teacher training. She's currently enrolled in a 150H meditation teacher training and working to become a breathwork instructor too. Louise is committed to helping others see the wonderful benefits of a life with meditation. Any donations will be forwarded to the Danish Cancer Society. Namaste!
