In your comfortable seated position,
Start to connect to your body in this moment.
What's here?
Without needing it to make sense.
Take in what's here.
Notice the contradictions,
The potential extremes,
And allow them to coexist,
Even if for just a moment.
Allow your breath to be a bridge as you notice the subtle nuances of being you.
See if you can use that breath to connect what's here,
To start to experience the fullness of all of it that is actually you.
It can be easy to hold on to one aspect,
One feeling,
One sensation,
And over identify with it.
This is very human.
For today,
Can you allow yourself to experience all of it?
The seeming extremes,
The potentially black and white thinking.
Maybe there are conflicting emotions.
How can it be that these things can coexist?
Because that is life.
That is the essence of life.
That is the fullness of life.
Of your life.
Continue to breathe.
Breathing in all that is here.
And on each exhale,
Settling into who you actually are in this moment without fixing or changing.
With compassion and acceptance.
For the unique makeup that is you.
For the layers that only you know and can hold.
Can you hold them with love today?
All of it.
Because the more that we can hold all of ourselves,
The more that we can allow the world and humanity to be who it actually is from a place of love and understanding.
It starts here.
Notice what it feels like to hold all of you today in this moment.
Notice how your body responds to that invitation.
What's possible if you live from this place where everything can exist and can be loved?
What is possible if you are worthy just as you are?
Because you are all that you are.
As you allow that to expand within you,
Know that you can always come back to this space and reconnect to this wholeness that is you whenever you want.
Start to notice the sounds in the room,
The clothes on your skin,
And come back to this moment when you're ready.
