Allow yourself to start to settle in.
Any last movements that you need to make,

Start to imagine roots growing from your legs,
Your feet.
Allow those roots to be anchored all the way up from your heart space.
Growing out of your heart space through your hips,
Through your legs,
And your feet down,
Down,
Down into the earth.
Feeling those roots reconnect with the essence of life in the earth below you.
Feeling the nutrients,
Feeling the wisdom,
The history of existence and your connection to it,
Grounded in this moment.
Allow the roots to continue to grow as far as feels right for you today,
Feeling held and anchored.
As you breathe into those roots,
Notice them come alive in whatever way that means to you today.
Allowing them to go where they need to go for you.
Establishing that connection,
Your innate connection with the innate love that exists.
Allowing these roots to remain and continue to grow.
Come back again to the heart space and just notice the quality of your heartbeat today.
Notice the quality of your heartbeat when you allow yourself to be held and supported.
The quality of your heartbeat when you allow your roots to extend into the earth and soak up the nutrients of universal love.
Continue to breathe into your heart space and allow it to expand.
The energy that you've created there.
Maybe it is a color.
Allow it to grow throughout your body and maybe around you.
Maybe even extending beyond you.
Existing you as the connection point between the love that exists within you and the love that exists outside of you so that they can become one.
Allow yourself a few minutes to be in this space for you.
Reconnecting to your breath.
