Hello and welcome into today's meditation practice.

My name is Nawra Sankanand.

Today we will journey to a state where our burden and attachments are dealt with,

To experience how we can move forward to achieve our goals.

We will start by finding a comfortable seated position with your back straight or laying down on the floor with your body and back straight.

Together we take a deep long inhale from our nose and we let it out with a sigh like a exhale of relief.

One more time.

Now gently close your eyes,

Then move your attention to your breath.

Taking a slow deep inhale through your nostrils,

Let the breath settle in for a moment and let it out with the long gentle exhales from your mouth.

Allow yourself to settle into that breath pattern for a moment.

It's completely fine if you drift off with your thoughts.

That's what our mind does.

When you do,

Just catch yourself.

Bring your awareness back into your breath and the present moment.

Now move your breath and awareness towards your heart.

As if you're breathing into your heart,

I'm breathing out from your heart.

The gentle deep inhales and effortless exhales.

Breathe in and as you're breathing out,

Just allow the air to spill out of your mouth like a river of water falling off a cliff to become a waterfall.

Draw your breath in gently.

Let it all out and allow it to come out naturally.

Take a moment to settle into that breath of yours,

Feeling the sensation of every in-breath and out-breath.

Breathe a sensation that comes with it,

Expansion of your chest and tummy,

The contractions,

Feeling the cold air with your inhales and the warmth of your exhale as it spills out into your bodybuilding.

Remember that it's fine and completely normal to drift off with our thoughts.

When you find yourself drifting with your mind and thoughts,

Just turn your awareness back to your breath and feel every sensation with it.

Now you find yourself suddenly in a house standing.

You cut out the house.

There you will find all your life experiences are.

You look around and realize you can see every vibration of energy with each experience you notice.

You take a walk around that house.

You pass by every and each experience.

Those experiences come from your life,

Your life experiences,

Encounters.

You start picking up every negative energy that's generated from each of those experiences.

As you walk around,

You start picking them up and you put them in a bag.

You move from one room to another,

Picking up the negativity around the house and you keep putting it in your bag.

Do not engage with any of those experiences.

You're simply noticing them,

Noticing the energy coming out of them.

And you start picking up the negativity of those energies from those experiences and you fill your bag with it.

You're simply noticing them,

Noticing the energy coming out of them.

As you are finished,

You carry your bag with you.

And you walk towards the door of that house.

You open the door to leave the house,

Carrying your phone bag with you.

You find yourself at a beautiful,

Open,

Green field.

You take a look around that field,

Engage all your senses within.

Your feet on the soil,

The air on your skin,

The sounds around you,

And even the smell of the breeze and the grass.

Engage all of your senses in that place as you walk around.

You're simply noticing them,

Noticing the energy coming out of them.

You notice,

Ahead of you,

The trail leading to the top of a mountain.

You look up that mountain,

You just notice at the peak,

There is your dream and your life goal.

The achievement you desire the most in life,

You see it on top of that mountain.

You look but the terrain leading up is very rough,

A very rough terrain.

Walking towards your dream.

As you're walking up that rough terrain,

Climbing your way up,

You start feeling exhausted.

Your legs are heavy from all the burden you're carrying in that bag.

All those negativities putting a burden on you,

Making that terrain harder and harder to climb up.

You open the bag and empty some of those negative,

Toxic vibrations from it.

Just a few of them.

You put them on the side of the terrain,

Pick up your bag again and you continue to walk up feeling a bit lighter.

But the road is still tough.

You stop again,

Feeling that heavy weight wearing you off.

You open the bag again and you empty it on the side of that trail.

You look into those negative vibrations and negative energies.

You realize where you're going.

They will not be needed.

Where you're going towards that goal of yours.

Those negative vibrations need to be left behind in order to achieve that goal and that rough terrain.

You empty the whole bag then.

And you continue climbing.

You feel a lot lighter.

It's a little easier to climb up that rough terrain and you're getting closer and closer to your goal.

You approach your goal.

You catch it.

And now you put that goal in your bag.

You feel the sensation of achieving it,

The vibration of that energy.

A whole new chapter.

You feel the joy,

Excitement and become cheerful that you have finally,

With this rough terrain,

You have got your goal.

You remember that was the only way to achieve it is to leave the negativity behind you.

Enjoy the sensation of achieving that dream now.

You write this next chapter of your life wisely.

Take a deep breath.

Exhale.

Let it all out.

Breathe into your heart with that dream of yours.

And let out all the toxic vibrations and negative energy with your exhale.

Now bring your awareness back into the room you are in.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes and notice one thing in the room.

Just notice any item around you.

Turn your awareness towards it.

I liked the meditation and the visualization. At times I thought the background music and texture was a little over produced. At other times I thought it was perfect.

Through out almost 6 years of you being my personal meditation guide, this is the best session I have attended. It's very inspiring and relaxing.
