Hello and welcome into today's meditation practice.
My name is Nawra Salkanan and in today's session we will allow our mind and heart in their natural flow to help finding clarity about certain areas in our life.
We begin the session with finding a comfortable seated position with your back straight or you can lay down on your back.
Now focus your mind on your natural breathing pattern and the airflow of your breath as you gradually close your eyes.
Now move to a slightly deeper breathing pattern,
Slightly deeper than how you normally breathe,
But not too deep that it's forced.
Taking a gentle deep inhale through your nostrils and slow sigh like exhales from your mouth.
With your next exhale your shoulders drop,
You feel your face muscles and jaw relax and you naturally sink into the ground beneath you.
Turn your awareness into that breath,
Settle into that breathing pattern for a moment.
Allow your mind to visualize that breath as it's coming into you,
To your stomach expanding and how it travels from your stomach through your throat and out between your lips.
Take a moment to observe that breath.
If you find your mind drifting off with your thoughts,
Know that it's completely natural and okay to drift off.
Just allow your mind to turn back into the sensations that comes with every breath you take and back into the present moment.
Now I'd like you to feel your breath.
As if you're breathing into your heart,
Feel the refreshing clean air fill in your heart as you inhale and feel it coming out from your heart as you exhale.
Focus your mind on your breath as if you're breathing into your heart.
Remember to keep your mind with your breath.
Now I'd like you to feel your breath.
And now turn your awareness to the situation or the area of your life that you're wondering about.
Just notice it.
It could be a change you're going through or a decision you ought to take.
Just notice that area and observe it from a bystander point of view,
As if it's a chatter in the distance you're hearing.
Take a moment to observe it and just listen to it.
Don't engage.
Don't judge.
Just observe it from a bystander point of view,
As if you're a stranger looking and observing that situation,
Not being bored of it,
Not to engage.
Just don't touch.
Can't talk.
And now within yourself ask the question you're wondering about.
Which relate to that situation?
Just ask the question and allow your mind and heart to flow naturally and lead you to the answer.
Don't interfere with your thoughts or the flow.
You're just an observer.
Watch it naturally leading to the answer and observe it.
You're just an observer.
Now just notice the truth in that answer.
As an observer notice that what good will come out of that answer,
What changes it can bring with it.
How does your life look like with that answer?
As an observer watching that situation.
How does your life look like with that answer?
How does your life look like with that answer?
Take a deep inhale,
Let it sink in.
Exhale sigh of relief.
Now slowly turn your awareness back into the room where you are.
Engage your senses and environment around you.
Now add some movement wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Now gradually open your eyes and welcome back.
Namaste.
