I'm Liz Finlay and welcome to the Scarcity Vow Release Meditation.
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
Arriving in this meditative space,
Calming your body and mind.
We call on your higher selves,
Teams in spirit of the highest light and resonance,
Your galactic star family,
Guides and source to assist you with this energetic process of releasing scarcity vows.
You might see,
Sense or feel them as they begin to open sacred space for this meditation.
Taking a deep breath,
Begin to send cords of light surrounded by gold light from the soles of your feet down through the earth's crust to the center of the earth,
Where you find the crystalline core,
The fifth dimensional grid of the earth.
Take a moment to anchor your cords of light into the crystalline grid in whatever way resonates with you.
On your next in-breath,
Begin to draw up some of the crystalline energy through the earth's crust and in through the soles of your feet,
Allowing it to circulate throughout your whole body to keep you grounded,
Present,
Centered and energized throughout this meditation.
Taking another deep breath,
Begin to draw down gold light from the great central sun of Sirius,
The fifth dimensional ascension grid,
Drawing it down into and around your energy fields to create a protective sphere around you.
Scarcity vows can affect our innate manifesting abilities and our divine birthright of abundance.
They can disrupt the natural flow of universal energy,
Even blocking it at times.
We call on your higher selves and teams in spirit to present to you all scarcity vows that can be released now and for this to include all agreements,
Contracts and promises made with any being,
Group or system that in any way reinforce scarcity in your reality.
See,
Sense or feel these vows appear in front of you.
They might even appear as symbols,
Balls of energy,
Perhaps pieces of paper,
Scrolls or even books.
We call on your higher selves and teams in spirit to identify which is the appropriate method to deal with these vows in order to untangle you from the energy of scarcity.
These methods are either renegotiating,
Revoking,
Rescinding or destroying the vows.
We ask now that your higher selves and teams in spirit implement the appropriate method for each individual vow and for this to be carried out across all layers,
Levels and dimensions of time and space,
Including other lifetimes,
Other timelines and other realities as well as whatever your bloodlines permit.
If you get the sense that any vows need to be destroyed,
You can assist your subconscious mind with this release.
As you visualize throwing these vows to the great central sun to be burned through and transmuted,
Breathe as this process reverberates throughout your reality.
We call on ultraviolet fire and the violet flame within and around your body and energy fields,
Specifically your base chakra,
Which is linked to stability,
Security and safety in this physical reality.
These fires cleanse and clear all residual energies remaining that are linked to these scarcity vows that have been released.
These fires clear all lower vibrational energy linked to these vows and they clear all energy that does not serve you for your highest and greatest good.
Breathe as these fires support this release.
You now have the opportunity to invoke a new vow of abundance.
Create this vow in whatever way resonates with you,
Perhaps that is visualizing paper to write on,
Or a scroll in front of you that has all of the high vibrational attributes of your divine birthright of abundance,
All in alignment with serving your higher selves and your highest vibrational timeline.
Once this vow is complete within its formation,
Surrender it to your higher selves,
Asking them to upgrade it if applicable.
We now ask your higher selves to present a symbol to you that represents this new vow of abundance.
You might see,
Sense or feel this symbol in front of you.
It might appear as a beautiful object,
Perhaps even a light language sigil or even a ball of energy.
Whatever appears is right for you.
If you so wish,
Place this symbol within your base chakra.
Taking a deep breath,
Begin to draw up more of the Earth's crystalline energy through your earth star chakra below your feet,
Drawing it into your base chakra that opens.
Taking another deep breath,
Draw down more gold light from the great central sun through your soul star chakra above your head,
Drawing it all the way down into your base chakra that further opens.
These two lights merge in your base chakra,
The crystalline light from the earth and the gold light from the great central sun.
They create an amplified light that activates your new vow of abundance.
Take a moment to send this energy throughout your whole physical body,
Allowing the vibration of abundance and your new vow to ignite a spark of light within each and every cell,
Organ and bodily system.
With a deep breath,
Send this energy throughout all layers of your energy fields,
Allowing the vibration of abundance and your new vow to begin to radiate out around you,
Activating and amplifying your new vow of abundance within your reality and timeline.
Breathe through this process.
We call on your higher selves and teams in spirit to recalibrate your physical body,
Bodily systems and energy fields to align with this process.
When appropriate,
To begin to adjust your energy fields to be the optimum size around your body and to initiate your usual layers of energetic protection,
Perhaps a golden crystal clear and diamond strong external layer that only the highest vibrational energy can penetrate.
You might wish to invoke Archangel Michael's protective electric blue fire around the entire outside of your energy fields.
We give thanks to your higher selves,

Your galactic star family,

We ask that they bring this to a state of completion for now and to seal and release the sacred space created for this meditation.
Know that you can call on any of these high vibrational beings at any time for support with processing.
They are always there for you.
Take a few deep breaths and rub your hands together to bring you back into your body before you slowly and gently open your eyes.
