Beyond Loneliness Meditation

S Richie I'm Liz Finlay and welcome to this meditation to move beyond the illusion of loneliness on this earth plane.

If you would like to do this meditation laying in the fetal position on your bed,

Then get comfortable now.

Otherwise just sit in a chair with your eyes closed.

I'd like you to visualize or sense yourself standing just outside of your room.

See all of your stress,

Tension,

Worries and anxiety as a sort of dust clouding your aura.

In your mind's eye,

See yourself brushing this dust off your body and out of your aura.

It's okay if some of this dust settles on the ground to be picked up again after this meditation.

You might still have a to-do list for your life on this 3D earth plane,

But that can all wait outside your room as you give yourself this nurturing time now.

We're going to do a deep breathing exercise to relax and to release more of what doesn't serve you.

I'll talk you through what you need to do.

Start by putting either one or both hands on your belly so that when you do the exercise,

You will really feel your belly expand outwards with each in-breath,

Making sure you're using the full capacity of your lungs rather than shallow shoulder breathing.

When you breathe out,

Purse your lips and expel the air as if you're blowing candles out.

Let's begin.

Take a lovely deep breath in,

Feeling your belly rise.

Hold your breath briefly and then slowly blow it out through your pursed lips,

Letting go of any tension.

Take another deep breath in and hold it and slowly blow it out,

Releasing all that doesn't serve you in this moment.

And one more deep breath in.

Hold it and slowly blow it out,

Feeling your body relax as you let go even more.

With your breathing returned to normal,

I now call on your higher self and your team in spirit of the highest vibration to come and be with you during this meditation.

Even if you cannot see them in your mind's eye or sense them,

They are still with you,

Ready to love and support you.

We will now create a safe space for you to feel truly held in love and light.

Starting with calling on Archangel Raphael in the east,

The angel of the element air to come forward with his emerald green healing fire to help hold the space.

See,

Sense or feel this fire fill and surround you to support your physical,

Mental,

Emotional,

Spiritual and energetic bodies.

We now call on Archangel Michael in the south,

The angel of the element fire to come forward with his electric blue fire of protection to help hold the space.

See this fire fill and surround your room,

Keeping your energy field safe during this meditation.

We now call to Archangel Gabriel in the west,

The angel of the element water to come forward with his diamond white fire to help hold the space.

This purifying fire can help to cleanse your aura as Gabriel enhances your intuition.

We now call on Archangel Uriel in the north,

The angel of the element earth to come forward with his ruby red fire to help hold the space.

This fire cleanses and raises the vibration of all blood systems within your physical body while helping to ground you in your feet and base chakra.

We now call to Archangel Metatron to bring golden white light from the great central sun down into your room to cleanse,

Clear and raise the vibrations of the walls,

The floor,

Ceiling,

Windows,

Doors,

Fixtures,

Fittings,

All electrical equipment,

Furniture,

Furnishings and inanimate objects,

Sealing you within the safe space.

We now call on Archangel Sandalfon to bring crystalline white light up from the Earth's crystal core,

The five D grid of the earth up into your room to help hold the space.

With a deep breath in,

See,

Sense or feel some of this crystalline energy begin to enter your body through the soles of your feet.

Pull this energy up your legs,

Allowing it to circulate throughout your whole body to keep you grounded and connected to the five D grid of the earth and Gaia's loving energy.

We call on the keepers of the violet flame to Lady Portia and her partner Saint Germain to Archangel Zadkiel and Archangel Zaphkiel to please bring this high vibrational energy within your physical,

Mental,

Emotional,

Spiritual and energetic bodies.

The violet flame cleanses,

Delivers rapid positive change and aids in emotional healing.

So as the flames flicker through you,

We declare that all lower vibrational energy and energy that doesn't serve you for your highest and greatest good be transmuted across all layers,

Levels and dimensions of time and space,

Or bodies,

All minds,

All timelines,

All lifetimes and all alternative universes.

The flames will reduce and disappear once this process is complete and it may continue for a little while through this meditation.

We now call to Archangel Chamuel,

The angel of unconditional love and peace,

To bring divine pink light to surround you and begin to fill every layer of your aura.

Feel the love within this pink light nurture you,

Holding you like the softest blanket you can imagine.

Archangel Chamuel sends a gift of unconditional love directly into your heart chakra.

You are loved,

You are loved,

You are loved.

We now call to your soul family of the highest light and resonance to step forward and join you within the space.

You might see or sense members of your blood family here on earth,

Past or present,

Begin to step forward as they too can be part of your soul family.

We declare now that only those beings who are 100% aligned with your higher purpose and soul mission be allowed to enter the safe space.

They come to support you,

Offering their love and compassion to help you on your journey here on the 3D plane.

We call to your guides to step forward and join in showing their support for you,

As well as your guardian angel and angelic support team.

They are always there for you,

Ready to help when you ask.

If you have specific animal spirit guides,

We call to them to come forward and join you.

You might even see or sense companion animals that have touched your life.

If it feels right,

Then invite them onto the bed or chair with you.

They bring unconditional love and comfort with your soul connection often spanning lifetimes together.

All of these beings are here with you,

Around you,

Sending love and support to you.

Bathe in this for a little while.

Before we thank and release all of these wonderful beings who've joined you in the safe space,

We'll place layers of protection around you so that you have more of a buffer when dealing with the 3D Earth plane.

With Chamuel's unconditional love layer shining a bright pink around you,

We ask Archangel Metatron to fill your aura with gold light,

With a golden crystal clear and diamond strong shield around the entire outside of your auric field that only the highest vibrational energy may enter.

We ask Archangel Michael to bring electric blue fire of protection right the way around your whole aura,

To burn through and transmute all lower vibrational energy before it reaches your auric field.

All energy that doesn't serve you for your highest and greatest good.

All electromagnetic wavelengths and all energetic interference to be dissolved in this fire.

We ask for a layer of zero point energy around that to be held in place by many of Michael's shields all interlocked right the way around.

I ask your higher self,

Team in spirit,

Archangel Michael and Archangel Metatron to upgrade all layers of this protection to the highest level possible.

Including any bloodline family,

Sensing their presence begin to fade while their love remains surrounding you.
